We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our family spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They also had a great time kayaking in the river behind the property.The guys enjoyed fishing and even caught a bass and a catfish during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable. It was the perfect place for everyone to unwind, spend quality family time together, and enjoy the outdoors.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect house for our family vacation. We come with 3 of our sons and their families. We had 6 grandkids 4 and under with us. The house and pool were great, even an umbrella over the pool to shade the babies from the hot Texas sun, and it was very hot. The walkway to the river has a gate for additional safety; we didn’t use any of the kayaks and paddle boards that were available but if the kids had been older they would have. The game room was nice for the adults. Even the 4 year old was able to play the arcade game with help. We found a couple of antique shops in downtown Seguin that were nice. We mostly ate at the house (hard to take 6 babies and toddlers out to eat). Bedrooms worked well for us, 3 were big enough for a porta crib. The stairs were a small problem for the little ones but we expected that. The 4 year old did fine going up and down the stairs but the 3 and 2 year olds we made sure and helped them go up and down. Overall it was great, so much to do at the house you don’t need to leave for activities.

This property has everything you need and more! My group had a great time and enjoyed our stay. House was clean and newly remodeled, property manager was responsive, I would love to stay there again!

Perfect Get Away!

This beautiful house was perfectly designed to entertain people with many interests. There was something to do for everyone from swimming in the pool, hanging out in the river, cooking, playing pool in the game room, relaxing with a book in the beautiful house, or taking a nap in the comfy beds. We hope to be back, soon!

My husband and I took 10 high school grads on a retreat /senior trip for Younglife to this property. It was fantastic. The grounds were perfect for games. We had a pickleball tournament in the driveway. The pool, river front and basketball quart were great. The house was beautiful, kitchen was spacious and the living room sectional was great for when we all gathered together. Everyone said that the beds were really comfortable. We had a great time and will look to book here again.

This property is an entertainment dream home experience! There is nothing else like it in the area. Beautifully renovated with attention to well thought out details. The host has created a utopia environment with in minutes of the downtown square. As a former director of the ABC show Extreme Home Makerover: Home Edition this Estate has set the bar! I will be back soon!

Amazing place

We planned a girls trip for a birthday celebration. The house exceed our expectations. The owners thought of everything. You do not have to leave. Games, pool, karaoke, not to mention the River. The house is spacious, we had 9 ladies and you did not feel like you were on top of each other. The owners were so helpful, the give you detailed information to make your stay easy. We will definitely be back.
