Nestled just 1 block off the fun-loving Duval St., this cozy retreat makes your time in Paradise hard to leave with everything at your fingertips such as all the highly adored restaurants, bars and attractions.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Greeted by swaying palms and lush greenery surrounding this charming tropical getaway, the stress of the real world instantly washes away. A front porch begins your time calling for a good book as you unwind and watch neighbors passing by. Find a bright and open Great Room inside outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a writing desk and a flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen area includes a table for 4 and bar top seating for 3.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Follow the stairs up to two comfortable guest rooms lying beyond charming barn doors for your peaceful night's rest. The first room comes with a queen bed and a TV with direct access to the front balcony with a charming swing to overlook the vibrant neighborhood. The second room comes with a king bed and a TV , as well as access to a rear facing private sundeck with loungers for your lazy days. Full bathroom with shower is located on the second floor. An additional half bathroom lies outside off the back porch area.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Slip outside from the kitchen area to your covered, tranquil outdoor oasis. Grill up your fresh catch of the day to be enjoyed at the outdoor table for 4. Enjoy an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a fun summer day out on the town. This property is just a stone's throw from the famous Duval St. making your time in Paradise practically perfect.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

This is NOT a pet friendly property.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sailor House. There was plenty of room. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. The location was convenient. Check in was a breeze.The only issue we had were an infestation of small insects the first night mostly on the second level. We were able to kill them with Raid that was provided. I would suggest during cleanings apply Raid so that guests do not have to do this or have the house sprayed professionally more often.

Property was very nice and clean. Location was just off of Duvall but far enough to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet. Property manager was in contact with us before, during and after visit.
