We welcome you to this majestic bungalow pool home! This home features 4 bedrooms and 6 beds with a beautiful private heated pool. Centrally located 7 miles East of Downtown Jacksonville, 12 miles West of Jacksonville Beach.

Tastefully decorated and appointed home with enough beds to sleep nine people comfortably. Heated pool.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.

This listing is pet-friendly; however, please refrain from bringing animals weighing over 25lbs~

You will have access to the entire home, as well as the heated pool.

We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly.

Cancellation policies on this site that favor the guest shall override this overlay for cancellations prior to check-in; after check-in, cancelling remaining nights results in 95% nightly rate refund ONLY starting the 5th booked night after cancellation.

Do not obstruct or otherwise hinder team members, and take special care to supervise pets during the course of service.
