John and Judy say they recommend my place and I do appreciate that. But I must say I recommend John and Judy. You couldn’t ask for a nicer, quieter or cleaner couple. It was so good to see them again and I sure hope the’ll be back.

Overall our host Cody was Wonderful, very accommodating, very nice lady. She checked in on us a few times which was very nice. Loved the layout other than the doorways where the kitchen and bedroom were we had to step up into them. Good thought though. At our age we kept forgetting to do that. LOL. Wonderful yard and pool out back. I used it several times. Very nice. The outdoor seating was great as was the outdoor television. Only issue was the large palmetto bugs were huge. I hate all bugs so these had me going back inside. LOL. Again Cody was Wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better host than her. We left early Friday night instead of waiting until Saturday morning check out. We wanted to get back Saturday morning to our place in Texas. Long drive but we'll worth it. That way we could get a full day of rest before work on Monday. Thank you very much Cody for everything. We would definitely recommend your place to anyone.

Palmetto bugs are everywhere in Florida, just part of living here, just so sorry there was and encounter. We have gotten used to them. The place was left very clean, which I appreciate more than anything. Thank you for being such good guests!

Great cozy space

Loved the space, cute and cozy. Owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating.Close to shopping and beaches. Only draw back is small fridge and no stove.

Luis is correct in that the fridge is small and no stove. However, I have stated that in the description and that it is a kitchenette. I am glad they liked the space otherwise. They were very easy, left the place clean and hopefully had a great time while here.

Perfect for our needs

Cody was very personable and there if we needed anything. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Neptune Beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

I am easy going and love meeting new people. I am a vibrant 72yr. old with two grown children. I love music, as you will be able to see by my décor. My favorite music are Blues and Rock n' Roll. I was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach as were my dad and children. As a matter of fact, we ALL went to the same high school. I love Jacksonville Beach and I want my guests to love it as well so I am dedicated to making everyone comfortable and happy. After all, it is Paradise!

I was born and raised in Jax Beach. When looking for a place to live, I knew this was the area for me. I waited until my piece of paradise became available, that's how bad I wanted to live right here! I was very fortunate to buy in this location and the bonus was the pool. I gutted and fixed it to my liking which I'm sure you will love! So, come share my home with me in your own private suite with its own entrance and exit poolside.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Of course the pool makes this property a great find. Walking is a very good option, for everything is very close. Lots of friendly people and places to go. You never have to get dressed up, not even to go to church, if you don't want to.
