Island Oasis is located on the upper level, two flights up from the carport, which is under the house. You can pull through if necessary. This unit has a full kitchen and is available for two people. Perfect for those couples looking to come to Cedar Key and be directly downtown, within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The front balcony allows you to sit outside and observe the folks coming and going, with water/sunset views and gulf breezes. The living room has a smart TV and basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, stove with oven and full size refrigerator.

Great little place in Cedar Key. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. Condo was clean and as described.

NICE GET AWAY FOR 1-2 DAYS, BUT ALOT OF PLACES CLOSED AND NOT MANY CHOICES TO EAT OR DO THINGS. NEEDS UPDATED, ESPECIALLY SHOWER. NEEDED TO BE AIRED OUT WAS VERY MUSTY SMELLING.

Always wanted to stay at these homes I affectionately call the “Crayola Houses” because of their bright, cheerful colors—and they did not disappoint! The location was perfect and close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and our host was wonderfully accommodating. The bottle of champagne for our anniversary was such a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, great communicaton with property owner. Clean, great space, comfortable. Bed was good. One small item, I enjoy a very dark room at night and there’s a stair light outside the window opposite the bed that I had to figure a way to cover. Again small item and I would definitely recommend the place to others. Thanks

Very comfortable and nicely equipped home. Great location - everything within walking distance. We spent a lot of time enjoying the great Gulf/ water views from the balcony. Fourth of July fireworks were literally across the street over the water! A great plus! I would thoroughly recommend this property. Please be aware though that the top floor location requires being able to carry luggage/groceries upstairs. So this might be a consideration if someone has mobility issues. Otherwise a wonderful choice.

This was our 2nd time at the Island Oasis. We love the accommodations especially the kitchen which has everything you need. We brought a boat and the parking under the condo is excellent to keep everything dry. We love the view and the close proximity to down town is awesome. Betsy, the host, was excellent and provided us with all of the necessary check-in and check-out information and quickly answered all of our questions.

Cedar Key visit

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We found 2-3 good restaurants and had a relaxing stay. Our only recommendation would be to take any food & provisions on your way to Cedar Key. The only food market was destroyed by the 2024 hurricanes.

Excellent Apt. and Location!

Highly Recommend! My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the apartment was immaculate and comfortable, and the location is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hostess, Betsy Dorbian, is wonderful to work with, she communicates all the necessary information in a timely manner. This was our 2nd time staying in one of her apartments and we plan to return again in the not-too-distant future.

Nice quiet stay

Beautiful quiet town that still has the scars of the Hurricane in September. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Walk to anywhere you want to go.

What a gem!

Super location, clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you might need. One minor issue: the outside light from the home next door shines directly into the bedroom and there is no curtain or blinds to draw. Otherwise perfect!

Relaxing weekend getaway

The property is just as advertised. It clean and comfortable. The view of the Gulf is beautiful from the balcony and all the shops and restaurants of Cedar Key are within an easy walk.

My name is Betsy. My husband introduced me to Cedar Key several years ago and it was love at first sight. I just love the quaintness of this "Old Florida" town. Biking is a big part of our lives, and Cedar Key offers great roads and views. The pace is easy-going and the town is extremely environmentally friendly. I have always loved the sea, and Cedar Key checks all my boxes!

Our property has a beautiful gulf view with lovely sunsets. I love being able to walk into town or over to Dock Street to shop and eat. There is a coffee shop right around the corner as well as several shops and restaurants downtown.
