This is not correct at all. I have not received a single message from you during your stay about cleanliness or about anything.. It is very disappointing that when our team works very hard in providing great customer service, one untrue review can hurt us long way. The home was cleaned and prepared to match our hosting standards, we have date and time stamped pictures to prove this, we also have a guest portal for our guests to talk to our team before, during and after your stay, in which you have not communicated after you received your door code. You were not hung up on. We do not have a HE in the Reservations Team. Further your review is misleading our future guests. Do you have proofs of the home not being clean? Please provide this.

We do not agree to your review, we provided you with propmt responses and immediate services. There is plenty of parking through out Champions Gate Resort in addition to what is available along with the rental, our previous guests have not complained about the beds/mattresses. The homes decorated by a professional and per their suggestion a dining table for 6 seats was accommodated in the dining area. It is obvious, if you have a home that can accommodate 23 guests, you cannot have a 23 seater dining table. The dining area capacity determines what would look good and fit well in the area. Further, the Billiards table was broken by a guest at the home and so it was removed. Please refer to the rental agreement you signed, for these details. You were also rude and very challenging to deal with when commuicating with our reservations team. Thank you for staying with Wonder Vacation Homes.

Tina, a place that lands better than the listing promised is the best kind of surprise, and the helpful hosts part makes that easy to deliver. The door is open whenever you are ready to come back.

Hello Genea, Thanks for appreciating the property. While our team made all efforts in making sure your stay was comfortable, let us begin with your unauthorized early checkin which was informed to us by our cleaners/inspectors who were still at the property. So a $80 early checkin charge was incurred which you did not like. Next thing was the pool heater which you requested 2 days after your arrival. Pool Heater takes 12 hours to warm up the water so it is advisory to request atleast 2 days prior to checkin. After your check out, you went to the airport and when you missed your flight, you wanted to extend the reservation which in our books be called a new reservation since extensions can only be made if you are still at the property not after checking out and driving away and our cleaners doing the after check out work. I understand that you did not agree to any of our company policies. However we have to follow hosting standards. We make accommodations and exceptions whenever we are able to and if the request is submitted well in advance. We hope that we come to better terms when you visit us again next time. On behalf of Wonder Vacation Homes Team, thanks for staying with us.
