First tiny home experience. Worked fine for two adults couples but would be great for a family. Upstairs bedroom requires access by ladder and too short to stand in but roomy otherwise.Management company was communicative and we had no issues.

This is a well-kept, cozy cottage that feels secluded but isn't. A storm came through in the early am, and we lost power. However, the utility crews restored the power and cleared the roads just after dawn.Communication with the management team was excellent, and the home was well-stocked with linens and essentials.Don't be alarmed if you see the neighbor's large, fluffy white dog staring through the front door window. Despite the peeping, he was very calm and kept his distance.

Everything was perfect. Only complaint is the cabin could have been cleaner. Spider Webbs in the windows and a candy rapper up stairs. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We loved this tiny cabin!! We’ve never stayed in a tiny house before and wondered if we’d like it. We’ve also wondered if we’d like to live in a tiny home. This was a grand adventure! We loved the tiny house and the tiny house community. It was so relaxing and quiet. The only negative—and it’s extremely hard to even put a negative in this review— is the outdoor grill. There was no charcoal grill and the gas grill was messed up. You could not cook on it. So, if you plan to stay here, keep that in mind, unless a new grill is included. Other than that — which is not a deal breaker— we loved our tiny house adventure and would absolutely rent this house again. We still rate this as a five star property.

Overall it is a nice tiny home that was easy to find with directions they sent. Close to several restaurants.

Private, peaceful, and relaxing
We loved the tiny house and location. It was private and peaceful, yet 5 minutes from downtown, restaurants, and local shops. The house was just like the pictures. We will definitely choose this again for a relaxing getaway.

Enjoyable stay at Tiny House in Mentone Alabama
We wanted a short relaxing stay to get away from it all and the Tiny House delivered. It was clean, quiet and within a short drive to town. It also was within a reasonable drive to hiking trails nearby. It had all the amenities of home.

Black Diamond at Mentone
Great little home to spend the week relaxing. Close to some of the prettiest and easiest accessed waterfalls as well as shopping. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect little getaway!
We just needed a place to stay for the holidays to have Christmas and this was perfect. Only 30 mins away from where we live in fort payne. It had everything we needed and then some. Location, cleanliness, price, communication with the host…we were not disappointed. We loved our stay!
