Stayed in Jan 2025, 12 guys on a golf weekend. Long driveway meant lots of off-street parking. Pre-check in communication with hosts was excellent. Good range of facilities for people to spread out. Table Tennis was a good side attraction. Pool is heated and was popular on warmer days. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would recommend.

Great family property

A terrific layout makes this property perfect for multiple family groups, with plenty of room for everyone including at the dinner table. The hot water system is also great for large groups - there were 11 of us and nobody had a cold shower! The decor carries a fresh vibe and even though we stayed in Winter, the pool looked fantastic and would be excellent in the Summer.

Great house for a group get away in Rye

We had a great stay with friends. House was good size for a multi-family stay and the pool is great for kids as our 6 year olds could easily stand up. Kitchen is set up with all plates and utensils, you just need to bring food including pantry basics. Short drive to local beaches and shops in Rye. Solid value for money option and very clean and tidy.

Such a great house to celebrate an end of year team getaway , lots of space inside, the driveway fit 8 cars and not a bad area outside. Only one thing would be not enough toilet paper for the whole house that sleeps 15 (1 roll only for each toilet) otherwise would highly recommend!

Beautiful house for the getaway

Beautiful house that gives off very homey feels. Rooms were decorated nicely, the bathroom was big and spacious. The house was in a good location, heaps of space in the drive way. Pool wasnt heated even though the title of the property stating 'solar panel heated pool' which was a shame and wish there were basic supplies on the property like salt, pepper, sugar ect so we didnt have to run to the shops just to get them otherwise perfect house for families looking to get away.
