Upon entering this 3rd floor condo, you will be welcomed into an open floor plan with large living, dining, and kitchen area. The simple and sleek living area offers seating for 6 with queen and twin sleep sofas, large wall mounted TV and access to your private balcony with ocean views. Off of the living area is a high-top table seating for 4 guests. The dining area open up to a beautifully renovated and well-appointed kitchen, perfect for dining in during your stay!
You will also find 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ocean views. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers guests 3 twin beds, and plenty of closet space.
Coastal Resort is proud to offer a 5 Star Deluxe Linen package to all guests staying with us at the Quay. Our 5 Star Deluxe Linen package includes luxurious 750 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towel sets for all guests.
The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee. The Quay building charges $50 building registration fee per stay. Additional parking spaces are available through security office on a first come, first served basis. Secondary spaces are not guaranteed.
