The perfect stay for your Florida Vacation! This modern and spacious 5 bedroom townhouse is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful home accommodates 12 people comfortably and is perfect for a multi-family vacation. We have provided a "home away from home" for all of our guests inspired by the magic of Disney.

Each of the five bedrooms comes with their own flat screen TV, so that everyone in the family will be able to relax after spending a day in the hot Florida sun. The main floor of this townhouse has 1 King bedroom, and 1 kids bedroom with a twin and bunk bed combo, with a shared full size bathroom for all to use. Upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms with king sized beds and full ensuite bathrooms. A third bedroom finishes the space and includes another bunk and twin bed combo, with a full bathroom across the hall.

A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances awaits you in the open concept living space. Enjoy home cooked meals with your loved ones without having to miss time with the family.

Tired after a long day of shopping and theme parks? Our home has its very own private plunge pool waiting for you to take a dip in.

Wonderful neighborhood and home

We came with lots of children for a disney trip and it fit everyone well. The home was very clean when we got there and it was described accurately. We not only enjoyed the house but also the clubhouse amenities. It was also a good location to all the disney parks. The owners were friendly everytime I contacted them and were prompt with their responses. I would recommend this house.

We had a great vacation in this townhome. We found it to be roomy, accommodating, and clean. The pool was a nice perk coming home from the parks. I also found the communication with the property manager to be very responsive. 2 thumbs up!

Love this place!

This was our second year in a row staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The owner Samantha is awesome! She’s so informative and helpful. When we walked in, we felt at home after staying the previous year. It was spotless and everything all week exceeded our expectations - again. We’ll be back! It’s such a comfortable place.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Location of house was perfect location to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Host provided clear communication and responded to messages within 15 minutes. Champions Gate had two beautiful pool areas with slides and activities for the kids.

Great stay!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! We’ve stayed at our share of VRBO’s and this was the best! It was everything I expected. The host was great at communicating before and during the stay. The house was clean, cozy and had all the amenities needed. We left some stuff behind that will hopefully be useful to the next guests too. Great location to parks and tourists stuff, but pack your patience to deal with the traffic. We will be back! The pool was a little smaller than expected, but perfect! We took a break from the resort and benefited from a pool day from the house. So relaxing!

Tremendous, would definitely stay here again and again!

Great communication with Samantha leading up to our stay, received lots of useful information prior to our arrival. Our stay was magnificent, everything was EXACTLY as pictured, pristine, spotless and beautiful. Had some great communication with Samantha throughout our stay, she was always very quick to respond if not immediate. This property/owner was certainly one of the very best we've experienced through VRBO. Thank you!!

Christmas at Champions Gate

We had a wonderful vacation at Samantha's place, she was very helpful and constantly check us on us to see if we needed something. She had set up a Christmas tree for our stayed and make it very special. We would definitely recommend this home to everyone.
