Beds are small and furniture is too dated.

This property Is squished between two streets of a very busy area behind the town center. No decent views from any of the floors except from the very top enclosed room. Anyone with a hint of claustrophobia should stay away. A few of the bathrooms are nice. The furniture is very dated and many of the furniture pieces and beds are super small. My normal sized teenage boys had no chance of sleeping in the beds no was there any space adequate to “hang out”. The furniture on the main level front porch to have splinters and it’s very old. I would not recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location of this home. Everyone in our group had the best time. We were steps from restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the decor is amazing. Loved the art. Kudos to the owners! Property management was all over the place about parking at the house, everyone had a different answer but it was no big deal, I parked where I wanted and had zero issues with security. We opted to rent chairs from cabana man because it was easy, and I highly recommend doing it. Had another great meal at cafe30a. My kids loved the food trucks. We visit the area often and staying at this house, the overall welcoming nature of the seaside community and homeowners collection staff has me sold on Seaside as opposed to other neighboring 30a towns. My child did loose his lovey at the house, we think it was in the sheets in the master bed, but it’s a big house so if anyone ever finds it please let the property manager know! It’s is currently still MIA.
