Au premier étage, il y a un salon et une salle à manger qui s'ouvre sur un porche meublé, une cuisine de style campagnard entièrement équipée avec double four, une salle d'eau, une chambre double accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ainsi qu'une chambre king avec douche séparée et baignoire jacuzzi. À l'étage, il y a une grande salle familiale et quatre chambres à coucher; deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent convertir en un roi, un lit double, une autre chambre queen et un lit queen menant à une loggia en plein air. Au troisième étage, il y a une étude pittoresque avec une petite bibliothèque de livres et la salle de la tour du quatrième étage offre une vue à 360 degrés. Perfect property for families with teens. We had a great week here as a group of moms and teen daughters, lovely home that is well decorated. Loved the porch!

very enjoyable, one issue with the AC not working properly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location and the home. The zoned AC resulted in one frigid and one hot bedroom that was not able to be repaired while we were there, they provided a fan that helped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Now & Then was the perfect house for our large group. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We had 7 teenage boys with us and trust me they need their own space! We enjoyed the front porch in the evenings with a nice glass of wine. I would certainly recommend this property for those looking to be right in the middle of Seaside with a large group!

We had a wonder vacation

The inside of the house could use some updating (older furniture and finishes), but no big complaints.One thing to note is that we tried to charge our golf cart over-night on the outdoor outlets, but all of them seemed to be duds. We had to run the extension cord indoors.Great value for the location. Very short walk to shopping, food and drinks.

Beds are small and furniture is too dated.

This property Is squished between two streets of a very busy area behind the town center. No decent views from any of the floors except from the very top enclosed room. Anyone with a hint of claustrophobia should stay away. A few of the bathrooms are nice. The furniture is very dated and many of the furniture pieces and beds are super small. My normal sized teenage boys had no chance of sleeping in the beds no was there any space adequate to “hang out”. The furniture on the main level front porch to have splinters and it’s very old. I would not recommend this property.

Beautiful home, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location of this home. Everyone in our group had the best time. We were steps from restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the decor is amazing. Loved the art. Kudos to the owners! Property management was all over the place about parking at the house, everyone had a different answer but it was no big deal, I parked where I wanted and had zero issues with security. We opted to rent chairs from cabana man because it was easy, and I highly recommend doing it. Had another great meal at cafe30a. My kids loved the food trucks. We visit the area often and staying at this house, the overall welcoming nature of the seaside community and homeowners collection staff has me sold on Seaside as opposed to other neighboring 30a towns. My child did loose his lovey at the house, we think it was in the sheets in the master bed, but it’s a big house so if anyone ever finds it please let the property manager know! It’s is currently still MIA.

Our only glitch was that we were told there was a grill at the house which was not the case. Unfortunately, we bought food to grill and weren’t able to. Overall, it was a nice place to stay!
