The outdoor living space includes fully screened lanai with private heated salt water pool with soothing waterfall feature, spa, sundeck, rattan conversational seating area for 7, bar height table seating 5, and Smart TV with Xfinity cable package; open patio area with wood burning fireplace (guests provide their own wood, if desired) dining table set, chaise loungers and self-service grill (guests provide charcoal or propane, as needed.)

The property, surrounded by deep vegetation on all sides with a variety of palms, coconut and banana trees offers an extremely private, unique rural-feel setting. An undeveloped preserve is located across the unpaved road that the home sits on, just off McGregor Boulevard.

This home is just a short drive to the Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A toll is required to cross the Causeway, no fee to return. The Fort Myers Beach Bridge is free. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the home. The new Fort Myers Beach Trolley station is a short drive from the home - no need to fight traffic at all, just take the Trolley to the beach!



In addition to the fantastic proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, this home is just a short car ride away from equally exciting destinations such as the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers where you will find an up-and-coming nightlife enjoyed by many visitors and locals alike; Cape Coral, with its miles and miles of canals off the Caloosahatchee River is also just a short ride away. This property is approximately 17 miles from RSW International Airport, 3 miles to the Beach Trolley Station, 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 6 miles to the Sanibel Causeway and 9 miles to downtown Fort Myers.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.



No pets allowed.



Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.
