Wonderful home located in Old Marco. Our host Lynne was excellent, couldn’t have asked for better. We were able to enter the home early and had a chance to chat with Lynne. The house was as described, 3 bedrooms all with king sized beds. The house was light and airy and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great house and location

This is the best equipped, cleanest and well provisioned house we’ve ever stayed in for a vacation. Lynne was a super host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Local area has plenty of options for eating within walking distance, and the local marina does great dolphin tours as well. Overall a great place to stay and we would certainly recommend it.

Serenity on Marco Island

The property was immaculate and the property owners were very responsive anytime I had a question. I think what I like the most was it's location. So quiet, yet walking distance to stores and eateries. You won't be disappointed!

Clean and Great Location

House was incredibly clean and in a great location. Within walking distance to some great restaurants, cool bars and live music. Located in Old Marco Island and within a few minute drive to the beach. Owners were very easy to communicate and quick to respond with any questions.

GREAT STAY

GREAT STAY! It was a pleasure to rent this home! The place was clean and fabulous! Pool was clean and everything we needed was provided to us. Great location. I would definitely stay there again! The owner of this property did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

When notified of an outdoor security light not working the host had it taken care of immediately. The unit had all of the amenities needed for our stay.

Wonderfully Comfortable & Quiet

This is a beautiful, roomy house. Kitchen is well stocked. Many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the pool, and the dock on the inlet. Hosts are quick to respond and gracious. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Wonderful hosts who were happy to fix anything amiss in this large, bright duplex with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The north end is our favorite place for walking to local restaurants.

Quick getaway

This property was clean. I loved how they had items to get you started...toothpaste, razor, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags. Small items but perfect. Spices in the kitchen. I think we used everything...pool, TV, outdoor patios, oven, washer and dryer. Property Manager was very attentive. Response time was less than 30 minutes. We recommend and would stay again. The location also is perfect for restaurants, music, breakfast, bike rentals and boat rentals. We did all that as well. Walking distance for many, many things.

Brief family get together in Marco Island

We rented this property at the last minute when we decided to go a few days early for our family reunion cruise out of Miami. The house is very nice and clean with great outdoor space, especially the pool. The only thing I would say is a bit odd is that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a full wall up to the ceiling. It wasn't a problem for us, but for future renters, it might be helpful to know. I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that I suspect the house was originally not split into 2 separate residences. And I can't recall of it was mentioned in the listing - as it may as well have been.

Amazing stay

My family and I had a great experience at this place. The house has everything you could imagine and the host is amazing. She even stoped by once to may sure we were confortable and enjoying. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach and restaurants. It was really a great weekend and we will definitely coming back.

Great Place

The house was really nice. It was clean and comfortable. It didn't have a grill, but that's ok. We had an air conditioning problem. A guy had to come out a 2nd time to fix it. It really just needed more freon. So we spend a couple of days feeling warm inside, but otherwise, we had a great time. The house manager responded to my texts right away.

Misleading Property Description

Very nice property but was not a single family house! Description says shared pier and in the small print shared pool but NEVER says it is a duplex! TV did not work properly. Found out that other people lived under our unit! So you are paying a very high price for a triplex at the end of a small channel!

Our listing is accurate, and we encourage guests to carefully read the listing to ensure it meets all their preferences. -There are bottom floor tenants who are very quiet and don't use the pool, dock, parking area, or other amenities. The other vacation rental was vacant during your stay. -You didn't let us know about the TV during your stay. We reached out a few times to check in and you didn't respond. We check the TVs before each guest's arrival to make sure they work, and we know they did before your stay. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

PERFECTION!

My husband & I found this phenomenal rental for our first trip to Marco Island! The house is literal perfection and the interior decor and design is exceptional! The entire property was very clean! This house would be perfect for a couple or family with children to enjoy. There is ample room for everyone. The bedrooms are large and the mattresses are very comfortable! There are several balconies throughout the house that allow beautiful sunrise and sunset views! The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking supplies PLUS coffee :) The outdoor area includes a pool plus a boat dock. The public boat ramp is about a 10 minute vehicle ride from the house and about a 20 minute boat ride. We brought our SeaDoo and went to Keewaydin Island for the day! It was very nice being able to dock at the house after a day on the water! Lastly, the owners were such nice people! Lynne showed us around and was available if we needed anything! Always enjoy meeting the owners and seeing their hard work to make your stay exceptional! Can’t wait to visit again!
