Bedroom 6: Double bunk with single above and a single bed- sleeps 4 if required.

We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct for guests staying at Holiday Houses on the Mornington Peninsula which includes is no loud music allowed day or night.
Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, out door decking and balconies are not to be used between 10pm and 7am.


Please park your cars inside the gate area and avoid parking in the street when possible. A reminder that our house is in a quiet street with close neighbours whom we know well. Our accommodation licence does not allow for loud parties or noisy activity outside including the patio area after 10pm. Please do not request the house to be used for parties, hens, bucks etc. when accommodation is requested.

Pets are permitted with prior arrnagement

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
