Great boating area & dock. Lots of birds. Nice old Florida house (watch out for low doorways) with a beautiful yard.

Trip to St Johns River

The house was everything we saw in the listing. We had plenty of room when our family and friends visited. We liked having our boat in the lift next to the house.

This had plenty of space for our daughters 6 adults and 1 year old. We live close by and there was plenty of room for our Thanksgiving meal. The water originally had a sulphuric smell but that disappeared after running the water for a while. We were able to gather outside to eat under protection. I would definitely recommend this spacious house for a large family.

Lovely place to stay!

This is a WONDERFUL home to stay in with many bedrooms that allow families to maximize and enjoy their time together! The view is amazing and so peaceful and quiet. A great location to do sight seeing, activities and great food! The property managers were so very nice and helpful. This is a 10 for us! LOVED IT❣️

Perfect getaway with our infant

Was able to keep the boat at the house and use it as a base camp. Our daughter being so young loved the lake and springs. House was spacious with an old Florida charm. Definitely will be back

Family get away 2023

We had a great time, fishing was good, neighbor's were awesome and gave us some good feedback on fishing holes and other need to know things. We have already talked about it on the trip home, we will be back.

Awesome!

We always take a summer trip to Georgetown since my boys were little. We were able to all get the time off together and returned to the lake. Wonderful memories were make now they have grown up. The home was absolutely beautiful. Spacious and well decorated and supplied. The fridge went out our last night there but we already knew they were having issues with it prior but we took the chance and went and had no issues. I think our only complaint would be bulbs in the home needed to be changed due to lighting and the TV's did not work due to no signal.... but that didn't matter to us because we wanted family time and that is exactly what was achieved. We hope to book again with this family although the home is up for sale so we will see. Very responsive and kept us updated on things.regarding the home. Absolutely loved the memories which included this beautiful home. Thank you!

Blue Heron stay

This is a beautiful property and we even got to see a few Blue Herons. I would have given this a 5 but there are just a few things that need a bit of attention. The upstairs shower was unusable as either the faucet needs replacing or the water pressure needs attention. All 8 people had to use the downstairs shower due to lack of water pressure in the upstairs shower. The water pressure in the upstairs stool and sinks were absolutely fine. Also, the fans in the downstairs bedroom and a couple of the upstairs bedrooms need to be replaced as they were much too noisy to have running. Other than that the place was absolutely splendid and I would return to rent it again. Thanks for having us.

From the owner: "We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are planning on replacing the ceiling fans on our next trip down. We will check on the upstairs shower to see what is going on with it. We purchased the house with the tub already in place and to say the least that bathroom is interesting. Hopefully, you will come back to visit again."

Very relaxing on the water

Had a great Thanksgiving with family here!! St Augistine is a fun day trip from there!! Would definitely go back!! Relaxing on the water at the end of the day was nice!!
