Seas the Day Cottage is built over the water for fantastic fishing & lake views.

Seas the Day Cottage is a little slice of heaven here on earth. The cottage is built over beautiful Crescent Lake with a secure dock leading from the gate at the shore to the front door of the home, giving you fantastic lake views with privacy. The 1400 sq.ft. home is built on the edge of a deep water drop off which makes for great fishing from the decks of the home. The property also boasts a boat house large enough for 2 bass boats if you bring your boat (2 free boat ramps are located on either side of the cottage within walking distance with plenty of parking). Crescent Lake is fed by Dunns Creek off of the St. John’s River which is navigable by boat and is centrally located between Orlando, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville giving you multiple choices for activities during your stay. Seas the Day Cottage sleeps 6 and has 2 full baths. The kitchen has double ovens and a full refrigerator/freezer along with a large wet bar/island. The living room boasts fantastic lake views in every direction. The home is located in Crescent City within walking distance of 2 restaurants. If you are looking for peacefulness, tranquility, sunrises, nature and great fishing, visit Seas the Day Cottage.

Cute cozy place!

Beautiful place to stay, three bananas right next-door was a great restaurant. We went to Silver Glen Springs off of Lake George and it was beautiful will definitely stay again!

The lake house was so peaceful, if you like quiet and R&R this is the place to be. We caught alot of crappie and enjoyed our visit so much we will try to rent this beautiful place anually.

Second time just as great as the first time!

We just completed our second trip at this location. It's a very unique house with everything you need, even if the weather is bad you can watch the lake, fish, and walk two doors down to a nice restaurant. Very quiet and the owner is outstanding.

Small family gathering

Literally on the lake, beautiful lake views from every window. Ample seating on deck and screened in porch, relaxing place to enjoy drinks, read, play games. Great fishing, place to dock boat and 2 boat ramps close by. Accommodations comfortable and open, just as described. Plan to return.

Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood!

This house on the water was terrific! We very much enjoyed the sunrise coming up in the morning, and the peace and quiet of the evening hours. The hosts were very thoughtful in providing information about the area, and they even left up a bottle of wine to enjoy on the screened-in porch at the start of our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely lake house.

Amazing lake house

Very nice interior design. We thought the house would sway and make lots of house noises being built over the water. But it was soild did not move at all even during afternoon storms. Very well built. Most relaxing vacation we had in a long time.

Fishing at Crescent Lake

My adult son and I used this lovely lake cottage as a getaway to enjoy some fishing and relaxing. The cottage was better than the pictures described! It was very clean, well equipped, and provided a great experience for us. We were able to fish right off the front porch and side docks. The owners were also very responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. We would certainly recommend it!

Amazing Lake House

This was our 6th year staying here can’t say enough about how much we love this property. It feels like home. Will be back for sure!! The owners Jim and Rachele and there dog Max are wonderful host!! The views are outstanding. Watching the sun rise and star gazing at night is awesome. Walk out your back door and fish from your porch can’t beat it. It’s our favorite vacation spot. We highly recommend Seas the Day Lake House if your ready to chill and relax. Old world Florida at its best. Thanks Jim snd Rachele for sharing your Lake house with us!

Private, secluded and serene.

This is a very unique property. The cottage is located at the end of a long dock on a huge lake. From the ample back deck you can have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise and in the evenings sip wine and view the stars unblemished by city lights. The open modern kitchen and vast living room have water views from all sides. There is also a screened side area with a nice bbq grill and outdoor shower. The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable and both bedrooms had lots of storage space. Crescent City is a great place to bike ride with virtually no traffic and beautiful tree lined streets. Finally this cottage is ideal for boat owners with a nice dock and a free boat ramp just down the street.

A Lovely Property

The house was wonderful. Roomy, updated, very comfortable and spotless. I love to cook and this house gave me major “kitchen envy”. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like a couple babies. Communication with the owner was friendly andfast.

We are a long time married couple that lived on our houseboat during the summer months. We love fishing and boating and being on the water. This home and its unique on the water location is perfect for us.

We visited this property on our vacation and fell in love with the peacefulness and tranquility of the home. The home is clean and safe giving both of us a truly relaxing vacation. Crescent City is old Florida at its best and is the bass capital of the world. We were amazed at the free boat ramps located on either side of the home and 2 restaurants within a block of the home. It checked our boxes.
