Great house!

We had such a nice stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager Dwayne was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. We loved hanging out on the patio and pool. We would love to return here!

Nice place but not very clean

This was a nice house and the pool was excellent but the cleaning crew didn’t do the homeowner any favors. There were spider webs in windows and tub. Tub floor was stained and looked like someone bled all over it. It wasn’t terrible but it was obvious that the cleaning and maintenance crew did not pay attention to detail. If I had someone cleaning and maintaining my house and they did that lousy of a job they would be fired. Light bulbs over kitchen table had different bulbs, some bright some yellow. There were lights in soffit above kitchen counters and they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, full of grease. Just thought for what you pay it should’ve been better maintained.

Vacation disaster

The house was nothing like the pics at all, rented a yellow house found a gray house, it actually has black mold in the second bathroom. My son is a kidney transplant recipient so we were lucky enough to have friends near by that he could stay with. He can’t be exposed to mold. The pool was extremely cloudy and remained that way they did clear it Sunday but the slime and sand on the bottom made it unusable. From the grease over the stove (hanging down) to the filthy doors and handles to the stains, filthy curtain and mold in the second bathroom it was one misrepresentation and lie after another. I have many pics and documenting email from Evolve. The house had a for sale sign in the front yard and a lock box on the front door. I have rented in Florida from VRBO at least three other times, with no issues, we always leave a house better than we find it. I will never do anything again that has anything to do with Evolve. They admitted the pics in the ad were over two years old. The home owner owes me a full refund, to be clear they offered to relocate then reneged and issued a partial refund. Any help being getting my money back would be greatly appreciated. Again I have lots of pictures, texts and email. Thanks

This home was perfect for our family! Not only is it gorgeous, clean, and spacious, but the owners made sure we had everything we could possibly need, including all the baby gear (high chair, pack n play, stroller) so we didn’t have to lug those along with us. The outside space is perfect. Lots of room to eat, relax or play in the pool. 5 stars for certain!

My 50th Birthday Bash

IT WAS AWESOME!!! The house was absolutely beautiful & clean. It was more than I could have ever asked for. Our host was available & prompt when I had questions. Grocery stores & gas stations were within 3 miles. Great place to rent. My guest are even thinking of bringing their families.

Nice place.

Very clean for a large house. I was happy that we got to control the pool temperature. I’d had many disappointing experiences where the pool was too cold. In this case the thermostat was unlocked. A few degrees makes all the difference.

The minute we stepped into the home I knew this would be a great vacation for my family. All the bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make all our meals. The pool area was a big plus for the kids. They are already asking me when we can go back to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was a great location and was easy to get around all the places we visited in the area. Beautifully decorated and was a clean quiet sanctuary when we were at the home. The bed was SO comfortable! The home had everything we needed and more! We cooked meals, sat out by the pool and were able to clean our laundry so that when we got back home we had nothing to do! The hosts thought of everything we would have needed to be comfortable and relax! I would recommend this home to any of my family and friends!

Perfect home & Location

What a great home! me and the kids were in town to visit my folks for a few days and as soon as we walked in we felt right at home. Kids loved the pool, and the home was very well appointed with a stocked kitchen & other amenities! Looking forward to our return trip in April.
