So nice, spacious and convenient!

This beach condo is so nice, and the amenities make it perfect. The walk to the beach is reasonable, as is the walk to the pools. Very safe, the neighborhood is gated and quiet. We so enjoyed our stay!

Family Spring Break trip

We had a wonderful time here, very chill, which is what we needed! The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Close access to beach and grocery stores was super convenient. Heated pool a plus with kids as the weather was still cooler this time of year. Property manager was great, and very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this property!

Lovely condo!

Love the layout of this condo! It was very clean and the patio area was very nice to sit and have coffee! The beach access was very convenient. The indoor pool was very nice, but I do wish the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi had been open. That would’ve made our trip just perfect.

Loved this place!

We absolutely enjoyed this property and will be looking to stay again. The location and privacy of the gated community was wonderful. Seconds from the pool and just a short walk to the ocean!

We loved staying here. The location is amazing, right on the beach! The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable to stay. We loved the booklet of recommendations of things to do/restaurants and loved that we could walk to most things! We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Family trip

My family and I took off to the beach for a mini vacation. Andrea was an amazing host. The pebble beach condo was clean and perfect for us with small kids. The pools were amazing along with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great Time

The condo was as described, very well stocked with kitchen items and dishes. O and lets not foreget the nice bath towels... The property owner reached out to us before we arrived which just made you feel more "at home". Definitely will stay here again and strongly recommendation!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights. It had everything that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a small closet just outside the condo with all of the beach items we needed. The location was close to the beach, pools, and local attractions. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this unit to families traveling to Emerald Isle.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and clean as pictured. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we were able to get into the condo complex and get the apartment number. We were compensated for the trouble getting into the condo. Very nice host.

The beach & pool were great .

Great communication w/ property manger. Hope she took care of the areas I mentioned needed some attention. Liked that there wasn’t too many stairs. It was about a I/2 block to the beach but not bad. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Great location

Overall our trip was great! The proximity to the beach is literally a 2 min walk. The condo was clean and the host was very attentive to any needs we had and checked in with us prior to arrival to ensure we got what was needed. The unit is on the 1st floor so the only issue was tenants above us and they had kids who ran up and down until late night which was a bit of pain. But this was out of our control. Other than the stay was great. Host also gave us access to beach chairs, and beach boards which was an added bonus. Great location, great stay.

Short Holiday, Great Adventure!

Our stay was a short one but wow, what a terrific time we had at B102! The owner, Andrea, thought of everything for us! I really enjoyed communicating with Andrea - she made me feel like family. The condo is very clean and super cute. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, glasses, plates, etc. Fresh towels on each bed, folded and ready for use. Andrea created a user's guide (totally helpful) for the devices in the condo, using the parking pass, finding the all important beach chairs and more! I recommend staying here - short walk to the beach, short drive to anywhere for good food - its a great place to make great memories!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location, and wonderful hosts!

Absolutely a wonderful stay at this lovely Emerald Isle condo for our girl's weekend. First, the condo is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. So charming and steps from the beach. Very close to lots of great places to hang out and eat or grab a drink. Love the private entrance and secure location. Second, the hosts are AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about our hosts. They communicated with us during our entire stay to ensure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and got us a blow dryer within minutes when we discovered it was missing from the condo. Super hosts to the max! This is what a vacation rental should be. Do yourself the favor of booking this amazing condo for your next stay in Emerald Isle. We would all love to return soon! Thank you for everything.
