Propriété en bord de mer située dans la partie calme de la plage à quelques pas du Golfe. Aquamarine a tout, y compris une piscine privée et un foyer. Comprend 3 chambres avec lits pour 11. (3 lits jumeaux, 2 lits doubles, 2 reines.
Air / chauffage central, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et laveuse / sécheuse, cette maison a été récemment décorée avec des planchers en bois et une cuisine entièrement meublée, une cour clôturée avec piscine privée et foyer, une terrasse couverte à l'étage avec des meubles, une table de pique-nique et un barbecue en bas, du poisson Station de nettoyage, douche extérieure, après avoir passé une journée à la plage et vous rafraîchir dans la piscine privée, retirez-vous dans le confort d'Auqamarine et profitez de 2 télévisions par satellite, d'un service Internet, de DVD et d'un lecteur et de jeux. 1 petit animal accepté avec supplément. Nice House, Dirty Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fantastic but a few areas were dirty upon arrival, great location with a beach view though. Our major complaint was the pool was very dirty and we didn't use it because of that reason. We initially booked the house because of the pool and we're disappointed. We spent most of the weekend at the beach due to this. Again, the house is very nice and the check-in process was very easy.

Beach fun!

Overall house is as listed. It’s on the beach, has a fenced pool, and a fire pit. Linens were waiting on us. The heating element in the dryer went out and the management company had someone out to fix it the same day. It was a great stay! Would recommend!

good location/good house

Beach is pretty empty most days since you're not in a big neighborhood. Kida far from the restaurants and stores, but still ok. We had a broken bed frame when we checked in, but it was fixed right away the next morning. Pool was nice for our two little ones, 4 & 2. would be small for older kids.

Pretty in pics but heebie jeebies when u see beds & upholstery

This is a hands-off realty co., not a host that cares about your experience, so don’t expect much. You’re just the next to stay in their loose screw on a messed-up assembly line. Interactions make u feel like you’re an inconvenience. You start by traveling 8mi out of your way from property to pick key up from their office (unless you’re coming from Galveston). We arrived & raised hurricane blinds to see the view but the living rm one was broken. We spent the whole week with 1/2 ocean view blocked. Our “linen pkg” we paid for was on floor in clear trash bags. Clean, but self-serve. We go to put them on the beds, & the pillows and bed protectors had dark flakes and stains on them. We had to wash the bed protectors ( luckily most stains came out) & buy new pillows from a dollar store. Wished we hadn’t seen the disgusting mattresses underneath. Too. Much. DNA. Their pillows, shams, bedspreads, & furniture covers aren’t washed either. Bring your own bedding. You’ll have to make your own bed anyway. It’s a lot to deal with after you’ve traveled all day, not to mention ridiculous considering what you pay. Luckily only 1 roach was found in kitchen & 1 unidentified bug in a bed. Could’ve been much worse, considering other reviews. SOME surfaces were clean to the eye, just don’t look hard, open drawers, or look under furniture. If u drop a penny, leave it. Ignorance is bliss. Pool was cloudy most of our stay. It wasn’t maintained well. No outdoor lights by or in pool to swim at night, in the pool for 4. Six, if u just stand up still. Outdoor shower was rusted. Didn’t work. Dryer is very rusty, disgusting, & took forever to dry a load. We only used it out of necessity. On surface, it’s pretty. Decorated nicely. The kitchen was well-stocked. Deck has great views of the ocean. Tons of shells. Great fishing. No dolphins visible. Local store with necessities. Not much extra activities unless you ride a ferry to Galveston-fun in theory but ferries non-consistent so you may cross in 30 mins or it may be 2 hours. But Galveston was great for a day trip if beach doesn’t hold your attention. Driving is allowed on beach, there are almost always fishing lines from the shore, and beach isn’t private, so watch your kids. That being said, it was a nice area. We just won’t rent this house from these owners again. It’s great that it’s pretty to look at in pics, but I’d rather not have to stay awake at night thinking about what we’re all having to sleep or sit on.

Kitchen was huge and seemed to have everything we needed to prepare any meal. Pool was nice but very small, we didn't use it much since it was a little early in the year. Firepit was a great touch and we used it almost every night. We tried to watch TV but there were 4 remotes and no instructions which one did what. We never figured it out. Remote location, be prepared to drive everywhere but if you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you.

Spacious family home great for a beach getaway !!

Aquamarine Needs Updating

The house was a nice place and has plenty of potential. However, many things need updating. The washer and dryer are rusted. The beds are in need of new linens. The couches, while cute, are very worn. A lot of the dishes were dirty from previous use. The outdoor shower was non working as the handles have rusted off. The pool was cute but the lights don't work and there are quite a few lights out around the entire house. The hot water does not work at the kitchen sink. I think with a little TLC this place could be super cute. We did enjoy the location but if we were to rent on Crystal Beach again, we will look elsewhere.

wonderful home and great location

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities of the home. the fenced in private pool was a huge value for us. Great kitchen--good for hosting a big family meal and layout out of the floor plan was great for family gathering. We do wish the floors had been cleaner and yard/lawn had been more maintained especially in the pool yard...lots of bare spots in the grass and crumbs in the yard. But otherwise a great place that we will be eager to return to in the future-

Good Beach Access

The house is located in a great spot and has a nice amount of space. It was not very clean. I found trash in the sofa and I moved the dresser over to fit a small cot for my son in the master bedroom, it had an inch of dust and candy wrappers/trash behind it. Window seals were not wiped out. Management responds quick to messages.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable!

The towel and linen service cost extra and there was no bar soap. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room for several more. Everything was in working order and kitchen is fully stocked. It was super clean and beautifully furnished!

Great stay; nice place!

Very nice house in a wonderful location on the peninsula. Just east of Rollover, so typically quiet. NOT really in a neighborhood, more of a stand-alone home. Definitely a front-row house but also immediate access to Hwy 87. Parking is just OK, a bit tight. House is well updated; kitchen is well supplied with hardware needs, A/C works well. I definitely recommend.
