Renovation Updates
Osprey tower is undergoing roof and elevator renovations from Jun. 2025 to Dec. 2027. Please anticipate construction noise, contractors, and elevator delays daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please contact resort for additional information.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform specific work or tasks are welcome at this resort. However, family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. If it is discovered that a pet has been brought onto the premises, a significant cleaning and room recovery fee will be applied per pet.
