This may have been the first time that the pics in the preview actually were what we saw upon arrival! Most of the time we're a little disappointed when we arrive, especially when renting something budget friendly. Check-in was very quick. We asked multiple questions during our stay and all were answered in a timely manner. The pool was literally 10 feet from our door. We were at the very end of the resort and the walk to the beach was not long at all. There were places we could walk to and also not a far drive from everything else to do. The chip and putt course inside the resort was a really cool extra. We'll be booking this place again!

Loved the pool and beach chairs. Could improve on amenities in rental. No potholders, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, only two dishwasher soap’s. Son’s rental even had shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. These are little things that help those who travel for one week visit. Other than that it was great.The door lock was difficult to read the numbers when daylight and very touchy.

Wonderful vacation

Bedroom rooms were big and beds comfortable. We were right next door to the pool(a plus). Needed a few cosmetic fixes, but nothing major. Overall we enjoyed our stay as usual.

Beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our trip to Destin and have been to sandpiper cove before. We loved the location of 1089. Our overall stay and experience was great! The only thing that was an issue was the rental smelled of smoke and door had latch and code issues. Both of these were reported to the staff so hopefully they will take care of this for the future! We would stay there again☺️

Hurricane Milton Evacuation Trip

Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and kind. They had all of the paperwork ready for us when we arrived late into the evening. The community is well taken care of and the condo was exactly what my family and I needed. The unit was clean and spacious, very close to all amenities including the beach. It was exactly what we needed and more!
