Welcome to a slice of paradise. This 1bed/1 bath, 1st floor unit condo is perfectly situated in Sandpiper Cove on the 7th hole of a par 3 golf course. This property is on 43 lush acres, offering a blend of relaxation and recreational activities. 5 pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts. 1,100ft private beach from on the Gulf side. Location is key, and this condo doesn't disappoint. Harbor Walk is 2 miles where you will find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

No elevators - open parking

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove! The golf course being right there is always a fun way to spend the afternoon, and we love that it is quiet and relaxing on the property.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay in October. The unit was clean and well-equipped, is in a convenient location to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the complex was across the beach street from a private beach area.

Perfect Destin Stay

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, short drive to the marina, and located right on the community par 3 course. Katrina was also a great host - we’ll be back.

Great property close to beach with amenities

A fabulous retreat to enjoy time at the beach! Community has a small 9 hole golf course to enjoy playing with ease. Numerous pools and an excellent restaurant on site. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Spot to Unwind

What a beautiful, clean, beachy and comfy place to stay! We enjoyed the beach and pool. Close to stores and restaurants. We had to leave home because of a hurricane so it was a huge relief to stay here. Katrina was an excellent host and very accommodating! We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at Sandpiper Cove 1062. Perfect location, free beach service, cozy condo with all needed amenities. The owner and property manager were very responsive and made our trip truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Relaxation & Activities!

Property was perfect situated between beach, shopping and restaurants! It was quiet, clean, and had the best restaurant in all of Destin (seriously you need to eat at Louisiana Lagniappe!!!) Loved the gated community and the 24/7 staff at the gate, helped make staying here feel super safe! Beach was less than 2 minutes away and private - which was really nice for 2 adults looking to get away. Highly recommend and would book again!

Great location for a couple

Everything about our stay was great. We had a fourth family member join the trip so 3 adults and a child. The pullout couch worked fine but seating arrangements for 4 people when we were eating or relaxing was a little tight (that’s our issue not the properties). The place is amazing and I’d highly recommend it for a couple wanting a great place to stay and an amazing host.

Perfect getaway

I loved everything about this condo and community. The condo is clean, well kept, comfy and adorably decorated. The gated complex has private beach access and is in close proximity to restaurants and HarborWalk. The owner was exceptionally welcoming with emails and easy to contact (even left a small basket of goodies upon arrival). Can’t wait to get back!

Relaxing No Worry Stay

The condo was very clean and provided you with extra hospitality items to make your stay more comfortable. Little touches that made us feel special. The grounds were emaculant and we (and our dog) enjoyed walking around. Our host was wonderful and communicated well with us. We are already talking about our next trip.

Best getaway ever!

We loved our stay in Sandpiper Cove so much! The walk through the cute neighborhood to the private beach was super easy and the sand and water at this beach cannot be beat! It is beautiful! Katrina was incredible from booking all the way through our stay. She was super helpful and always responded quickly. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing anniversary and can’t wait to bring our kids back for another trip!

Condo was perfect for my husband and I and our small dog. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all with the shortcut. It was very clean and comfortable. The free greens were really nice. My husband used them every day. This is great spot for that. Located very close to the first and last hole. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Outstanding Condo!

My husband and I have rented several condos throughout our 35-year marriage and this one was the absolute best! With gas prices being so high, the location was perfect! Everything we needed was so close by, we didn’t use a lot of gas during our stay. The condo was immaculate and Katrina was so awesome and had everything we needed. We definitely plan on returning soon!

Beautiful condo

Great condo with a lot of beach accessories! The owner has thought of all the little details. My only dislike was the location. It was quite a walk to the beach. I wish it were closer, but the beach cart and wagon helped with that. The washer and dryer were amazing to have for sandy suits and towels. The size of the condo was great for us.

Hello, we welcome you to our Destin Condo!
We are from Shawnee Kansas, a suburb outside of the KC metro area. Our first trip to Destin was in 2013 and we fell in love with the area and the sugar white soft sand. After multiple trips to Destin and other towns along the Emerald Coast we decided to purchase our own condo in what we think is Destin’s best kept secret: Sandpiper Cove.
Our ground floor condo in Sandpiper Cove is a quick walk to a private beach.

We think you will enjoy this condo and the Sandpiper Cove community as much as we do.
