Michelle Sylvia rental collection home. Steps to a sandy beach! Sit on the porch and sip your morning coffee while you decide what to do for the day.

First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 1 queen] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower.

Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun. ** Home is streaming only.

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our family! Beach was easily walkable and the outdoor area was large and well kept.

Our only complaint was that we wish the beach was more dog friendly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our needs.

Great house and location in Dennisport

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in West Dennisport was comfortable. Our only criticism was the beds in the bedroom on the first floor that had 2 queen size beds were noisy and one had a matress that sunk in the middle. Maybe time to replace the mattress?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.

Recently renovated, not luxury, but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, large kitchen and a family dining table with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful outside table and chairs, view of the ocean and a great yard for the kiddos to play in.They really went out of their way to think of everything to make the stay perfect.

Our 2026 family vacation on Cape Cod

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year renting this property. It’s situated on a private road. Just a short walk to a small beach. Our group consists of seven adults and four children and there is plenty of room for all of us. Basement is finished with a number of table games:pool, ping-pong, air hockey and foosball. The properties well taken care of and we always find it clean when we arrive. There is a deck with furniture for sitting outside and there is a large yard. I would highly recommend this property.
