For future guests to note - our check-in and check-out times are strict, because unlike a hotel, it takes a significant amount of time to properly clean and inspect a full home/conduct any maintenance needed to remove all traces of the previous guest. Thank you Matthew for your detailed feedback about our home! We agree that the location of Sierra Shores in South Lake Tahoe is amazing! For future guests to note, the Sierra Shores community consists of two units per building, so you will be sharing walls with other guests. We provide a full set of bath, hand and washcloths, plus 2 beach towels for every bedroom. We do encourage guests to use the laundry in the home if you would like to refresh your towels. We inspect the home before each guests arrival to make sure everything is accounted for, however - if amenities such as towels or pillows are missing, our team is also available 24/7 to assist with anything as needed.
