Great place close to the pools and beach! We enjoyed the location very much! Note you get a starter mini dish soap but I’d bring some more since the condo does not have a dishwasher.

It’s was exactly as I remembered it. We stayed here last year. We rebooked because of great community, communication and space and atmosphere of the condo. We would definitely be back next year if we can. Access to the beach is easy and effortless. Also it’s close to everything we wanted to do.

Awesome Location

The condo was amazing. Perfect location as we enjoyed seeing the beach from inside the condo and the path to the beach is literally right near the confo. It was incredibly convenient, we loved having a washer and dryer as well as a large sectional sofa to relax on at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend and will look forward to our next stay.

Overall, everything was really nice. kitchen was perfect. Only wish there was a Keurig machine instead of just a coffee machine. We didn't drink coffee and wanted to make hot chocolate with the k-cups we brought, but not a big deal.

Perfect for a family getaway

This property has easy access to the beach from the back patio, was nicely decorated and had a comfortable sectional couch with two recliners to relax after a day in the sun. We used the kitchen a couple of nights (there isn’t a dishwasher) and went out to eat the rest of the time. The condo has a great location and everything we needed was within a mile or so.

Wonderful!

This beach house condo was wonderful. Very clean when we arrived and stocked with all the essentials needed (towels, soap, etc.). The building manager was very nice and always available if needed. The close proximity to the beach and pool were a huge plus and there was plenty of space for our entire family. We will definitely be revisiting this condo.

Property was great . Very close to the ocean very modern and updated . I would def recommend . Check in and out was super easy and the everyone loved the back porch which had plenty of seating . Large tvs in living and both bedrooms

Great Location

The first floor condo was so easy to access the pool and beach! Great location with a nice patio, kitchen, and plenty of room for my family. The pool was a hit! I would note there is no laundry detergent available, only 1 kitchen hand towel and no dish washer. I would recommend this property and stay here again, just bring a few extras.

May 2023 Stay

We absolutely loved the property. Close to the beach and the property was very peaceful. The interior is nicely upgraded and you have a wonderful view of the ocean. Noticed a couple of items the property management team may want to be aware of: shower in guest bath leaks onto bathroom floor, one of the handrails for the steeps to the beach path behind the unit is very loose, the rug in the living room slips around so maybe a no skid mat underneath would help?, and we found a broken/cracked glass in the cupboard.
