WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Welcome to our beautiful vacation home. As you enter our vacation home you'll see our lovely living area filled with exotic tropical d�cor with a touch of vintage-esque pieces. Complete with plenty of seating, you'll enjoy late-night talks around the coffee table. It's also perfect for you to have a movie night with all the snack food you can eat. It's a cozy area with amazing d�cor.
Our dining area seats 4 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. They are located right next to a large window, where you can dine by the island sun.
The kitchen touts plenty of counter space to create a buffet or a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a homecooked meal with dessert. It also features a double sink, an over-the-range microwave, and a pantry.
The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and a flat-screen tv. Here you can lounge around after a long day of taking in the sights and relax. The ensuite full bath features a single sink and walk-in shower complete with double shower heads and a built-in shower bench. You can clean off after a day at the beach.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen tv. Get a restful night's sleep in this relaxing room. The guest bathroom has a single seat and walk-in shower.



Sunchase Beachfront Resort offers plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy. The large yard offers an opportunity for kids to play while you watch from your spacious second-floor balcony. The large spacious pool is perfect for you and your family to lounge around and cool off after a great day on the beach. Unit was very nice , photos show what it actually looks like. kitchen has everything you would need except spices. having towels and sheets already there and in place was great. great location to beach

Description of place was accurate. Clean and nice. Well stocked kitchen. Directions to property could be updated as had a little difficulty finding property. Also need to update instructions as to where trash dumpster is located. Otherwise, I’d probably stay here again if I came back to Padre.

Short stay at 205
Excellent well kept and very clean, would stay there again. Cleanest and most well appointed rental so far from Sunchase Beachfront.

Very comfortable
The property is very comfortable and nice, spacious, modern kitchen and all you need as far as appliances and linens, towels, etc. My only downside would be the carpet in the bedrooms but other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.
