Nous sommes au 4Ăšme Ă©tage, donc les vues sont spectaculaires. Sur le pont avant, vous avez une vue magnifique sur le golfe et depuis le pont arriĂšre de la vue sur la baie est quelque chose Ă  voir. Que Dieu vous bĂ©nisse avec vos voyages et votre sĂ©jour dans notre maison.

I’ve got a lot to unpack in this review. We ended up showing up very late in the evening. While it was disclosed that the rental was on the 4th floor, what was NOT disclosed is that there are MANY flights of stairs as the ONLY way to get up to it. NO elevator. Anytime we wanted to go anywhere we had to haul my elderly mother up and down those flights of stairs along with any luggage from traveling across the United States to Florida.Once we entered the rental, we started to explore the two bedroom as we were exhausted. What we found was grimy floors, blood on our sheets, and unwashed sheets with random hairs. To find somewhere else to stay at that time of night was not an option so we decided to clean the rental ourselves. This option opened a whole new can of worms. As we attempted to utilize the washer and dryer, there were moldy pillowcases left in the washing machine. The washer and dryer themselves were filthy. So we had to wipe out the washer before we could even clean the BLOODY sheets and other used sheets. As we were doing laundry, we attempted to look for other cleaning supplies (since the floors were grimy and covered with many many months of filth that we found under the couch, under chair, etc.). Once we got a blanket washed, we threw it on the very worn couch and felt comfortable to now see exactly if we read the reviews of this rental wrong! So much more, not enough characters to write.

Condo was not clean - had to wear shoes due to the grit on the floor.Dishwasher was full of clean dishes - I did not put them away - not my jobOn the top floor - eight flights of stairs.Whole condo was dated.Kitchen was a mess - looked like all the dishes were from multiple garage sales. Honestly - throw everything away and a trip to Walmart to match everything.Refrigerator was not clean - onion skin left in the backWould not recommend.

Perfect Place

The property is as described. It was clean, comfy, with everything you need. Towels, blankets, and linens. Location is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet yet close to everything. Trolly stop is accoss the street and made getting to and from the boardwalk very convenient. Views were amazing. Bayside has a beautiful dock, small white sandy beach area, fire pit, tables, chairs, and grill. Pool is very nice and very close by. Beach access is a short walk and was beatiful. If you travel a short distance towards Fort Pickens there is another beach with pavilions and grills. If you enter Fort Pickens National Park which is very close as well you will find pristine gorgeous beaches with pavilions, lifeguards, outdoor cooking areas as well as beatiful beach spots you can make your own. 20.00 pass but it is good for 7 days and includes exploring Fort Pickens. We spent most of our time there during the day. I can see steps being an issue for some, but we weren't bothered by it and it would definitely not prevent us from booking this property again. We had plenty of room for 3 but can easily accommodate it more comfortably. Spent early mornings on the both the front and back deck. The front is a shared yet private area where you can enjoy views of the Gulf and the back deck the bay. Back deck had a nice big sturdy table where you can eat at and still roomy. AC, TV, washer, dryer, internet, dishwasher all worked perfectly and are updated. 5 stars loved it!

Great condo

Convenient location. Property was very clean. A few things need touched up but nothing big. Pool was great to cool off and relax. Kitchen well equipped. Dock off the back of properry was a lot of fun to fish from. Very relaxing to sit on back balcony and listen to the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location & Views!

Great location on the sound side of Pensacola Beach! Just a short walk or drive to the Gulf as well, which you can see easily from the front porch. A quick 5min drive to Casino Beach and/or the boardwalk is perfect as well.Cozy beach-themed condo with a back balcony that we just loved. The master bed was really comfortable and the master shower was just fantastic. Kitchen had all the amenities, bathrooms had plenty of towels, just perfect. Very laid back condominium community too. The stairs were not a problem for the two of us who are just over the age of 40. Being higher up affords a better view, which we enjoyed. Owner was great and quickly answered any and questions. Condo was accurately described, and I would highly recommend.

I did not realize there wasn’t an elevator. Climbing 4 flights of stairs outside put a damper on our stay. My 70 yr old mom struggled with this. Overall the condo was the perfect size for us (mom, sister, myself, and 2 kids). AC worked great, and had nice views. We were not impressed with the bay, so we drove over to the beach. The pool was hot and pretty small for the size of the complex. The vents and fans were dusty, and the floor had not been thoroughly vacuumed.

Enjoyed stay

My stay at the condo was absolutely wonderful. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded expectations. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. Beautiful Condo in the Perfect Location

I first have to say, the host was wonderful! Thank you again for your hospitality! We were able to fully enjoy our Easter weekend because of it. The condo is beautifully done! The pics online aren’t up to date yet with the remodel/redecorating. It’s so nice and airy! We used to have a condo at Baywatch and know it very well. It’s our favorite spot on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We looked all over FL, but fell in love with this condo and area. From our front porch, we enjoy the view of the gulf and our back deck has a beautiful view of the bay. We already have a church family just a few miles away so we feel at home during our stay.
