Dolphin's Turn is ready to welcome you and your family. Just a short walk along the private community boardwalk and you will be on white sand beaches enjoying the beautiful gulf waters of Pensacola Beach.

Dolphin's Turn comes packed with amenities: central air and heat, free WiFi, TVs in every room, washer and dryer in unit, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels and bathing towels.

Located in building H, the unit has a lovely view of the pool and the lagoon. Private parking is located beneath the unit. Only one flight of stairs and you will be enjoying this beach get away, no need to wait for elevators here.

Pensacola is packed with lots of fun things to do, such as, paddle board rentals, kayaks, scooters, bikes and more. We are located a short drive from shopping and restaurants.

We loved the location and easy access to beach. It was great having 2 bedrooms 1 and 1/2 baths. Check in and out was very smooth. Our host was very responsive and gracious with requests. Parking was very convenient to the apartment. Supplies were mostly adequate but we did need to purchase some basics for our 6 day stay as we had expected.The one area of concern was the strong musty smell in the apartment. Ventilation for full bathroom insufficient for today’s concerns. The musty smell came home on our belongings. I would recommend remediation for this area. Otherwise we had a great first visit to Pensacola!

The location was great being a very short distance from the beach. Also rented bikes and the ride towards Navarre was so beautiful and remote. Nothing but sand, dunes and ocean for miles. Highly recommend. The pool was mostly empty and great for a refreshing cool dip. The beach was gorgeous and most empty! NOT over crowded!!

Was perfect size for our stay! Looked like a brand new stove and oven!! It was beautiful! I wasn’t sure whether the jacuzzi tub worked since some of the knobs were missing but shower was perfect! Beds were super comfy! Location was perfect! Highly recommend!

This condo was just a two minute walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous. They thankfully have beach chairs to use during the stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities for cooking (plenty of plates, silverware, cups, blender, etc). The beds were comfortable, and, if needed, plenty of blankets were supplied. The air conditioning works very well. We took some Clorox wipes to some areas in the bathrooms that were definitely overlooked, but other than that, it appeared pretty clean. We would stay again because of the location, W&D in unit, good contact with the host and it has all that would be needed for a longer stay.

Fabulous Location for our Annual Girls’ Trip

Check-in was made so simple by the clear and easy communication with Michelle. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, good set up

Location is so convenient to the beach and trolley stop. The beds were very comfortable and my boys were happy to each have their own bed in the second bedroom.

host did not leave many amenities (basic supplies like trash bags and silverware) for example there were 2 laundry pods left, 1 trashbag (the one already in the can) and only enough forks for 3 people

Our stay was pleasant

Overall unit size and general accommodations worked well for our group. At least one full backup roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms would be nice for guests. Maybe state that the tub may be too tall and difficult for persons with mobility issues to use easily. Tub jets were in need of deep cleaning (bathing was not desirable). Balcony door was difficult to operate (broken handle on outside and overall very heavy). Spacious seating in living room and kitchen is nice. Kitchen items were great (although we had to clean several before use). Our host was great and very responsive to communications during our stay. Check in and out was very easy and seamless. Overall a good stay.

Great location!

We prefer this part of the island because it is usually less congested and more peaceful. The condo is older, and some of the furnishings were a bit worn, but it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary items for a pleasant stay.

Incredible location

I longed to return to Pensacola after I fell in love with the beach a few years ago with my children. The location of the condo is spectacular! You’re 2 minutes from the beach - a very easy walk. If the beach is too windy - you can go to the pool, which was very clean! Nearest grocery store is a 15 minute drive. The boardwalk with restaurants is a 7 minute drive The condo itself is spacious and has all the necessities. As others have said, plan to bring shampoo, soap, trashbags, cleaning supplies, dishsoap, laundry detergent. For 4 people for a 5 night stay we were provided with 1 garbage bag that was already in the garbage can, a small hotel size shampoo bottle, and no dish detergent. There were a few dishwasher capsules for the dishwasher which we greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs (breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day), and there were enough towels and linens. The beds were very comfy, too! Keep in mind that the walls and windows are very thin. There was construction right under the building and we were woken up early everyday from it and you can easily hear the footsteps of the upstairs tenants and talking and music. My children are light sleepers, so this was an issue for us especially at the later hours. (The tenants were not disturbing, just regular footsteps and conversations were pretty loud. )Michelle is very responsive! She accommodated our early check in request and we were very thankful for that!

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the location and the condo was well equipped and very clean. Communication with the host was friendly, easy and efficient. We would book this location again on our next vacation to Pensacola Beach.
