Simply wonderful!

My family and I came in from out of town for a wedding! We stayed here and it was simply amazing! The pictures online were just as accurate as in person. The house was very spacious, well kept, and clean.

The Sunny lemon was a perfect get away. We enjoyed being close to our friends who were getting married. Perfect for the weekend.

Weekend stay

We needed a place to stay near Starke, FL and this was a better choice than the local hotels. The house was clean, nicely decorated & had comfortable beds. I do wish there was a kuerig machine though. But all in all, it was a great experience. We will likely stay here again for our next visit.

Very accommodating

Our family enjoyed the property! The home was very spacious, accommodating and pleasant. The only complaint is the inside temperature. The home stays very cool, so on the cool days outside the house is colder.

Sunny Lemmon just as described. Everything as pictured. Location was convenient to stores and dinning. Basics were provided. Fridge is nice and cold! Very nice arrival, as the house had been prepared for our stay! A+

The back yard fence was falling down and missing or broke boards in it, the living room shag rug with filthy, with dog pee stains all over it, it smelled real bad, I had to mop all the floors made our socks dirty, other than that the beds were ok and enough space.

The home was fully cleaned immediately prior to your arrival, and we were there with our cleaning service while they completed the turnover, including mopping the floors right before your check-in. Our rugs are also cleaned regularly as part of our maintenance schedule. Thank you as well for pointing out the fence. We stopped by to inspect it and did not find any areas where it was falling down. We did notice a few panels that needed to be secured and one that needed to be replaced, which we are addressing. We appreciate the feedback and are always working to keep the home comfortable and well maintained for all of our guests. We look forward to welcoming future visitors. Thank you, Bart, Jeff & Sue
