Tropical Oasis found. Comforting Boho-themed interior design compliments the open floor plan and amazing pool deck. Outside relax and lounge on the patio, bbq your next meal, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Or walk to the sandy white beach trailing the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided!

The home is located in walking distance to many restaurants, (including the famous Sailfish Marina), many different beach access’, including the very kid friendly intracoastal! We are also a 5 minute drive to John MacArthur State Park where you can rent Kayaks, walk the trails, or just enjoy the beach!

DINING AREA: kitchen and solid wood dining table and bar seating provide ample entertaining and family space.

KITCHEN: features stainless appliances, french door refrigerator, wine fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.

LIVING ROOM: has boho furniture with a pull-out couch to sleep an additional 2, and a large 65” TV with Comcast so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax etc.

MASTER BEDROOM: features a king bed, classic Floridian style furniture, and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

SECOND BEDROOM: features two twin size beds and a tv with a chrome cast to cast Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. directly from your phone to the TV

THIRD BEDROOM: has a large King Bed with a desk workspace overlooking the pool, and sliding doors for direct access. Also features a tv with a Chromecast to watch your favourites!

BACKYARD: fenced-in with luscious greenery for privacy, and features a relaxing in-ground pool, with chaise loungers to lay back and soak in a tan. Weber BBQ at your service to grill up your next meal.

The pool is able to be heated at an extra charge of $50.00 per night to 85F. We kindly request a 24-hour notice to arrange pool heating in advance. Once you’ve confirmed your desire for pool heating, please complete the payment to ensure it's secured.

The pool is heated to an above-industry standard of 85 degrees. Comfortable, yet refreshing. Please note- during rare cold snaps, the heater may not perfectly maintain temps.

THE GARAGE: where you will find access to a full-size ping pong table, beach chairs, a wagon, small life jackets, and beach umbrellas. Washing machine and dryer with complimentary detergent also supplied! Please note this area is NOT air conditioned.

Guest access
You'll have the entire house all to yourself.

Park in the driveway. We prefer you don't park on the street.

Self check in with keypad access.

No parties. No events. No local gatherings. No smoking on premises. No leaving pool floaties in the pool. No exceptions. See our house rules for details. :)

Additional rule: Dogs under 40lbs are allowed, damage deposit of $500 is required. And a $150 pet fee non refundable.

Other things to note
5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island - snorkel, swim, paddle board etc! Less than 5 to Ocean Reef Park and Riviera Beach. 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Convention Centre, and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 5 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion. You will never run out of things to do on the island with fishing, catamarans, Public boat launches, marinas that supply daily moorage for a fee, scuba diving, kayaking, and much more available!

Unfortunately Boat Trailers etc are not able to be parked in our neighborhood, but inquire as we can usually find some offsite trailer parking for our guests.

We have a Eufy doorbell that records video and sound when it detects movement for our guests safety and ease of checkin.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 70-78F.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.

Reservations Yet to Begin:
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane alert with a forecast of Category 1 or higher within our Florida area, we cannot prevent these natural events. Your safety is our priority, and we may request an evacuation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for compensation if adverse weather affects your visit.

Ongoing Stays:
If a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is declared while you're staying with us, please consider leaving if a Category 1 or higher hurricane is anticipated, following staff or local authorities' guidance.

Your safety and evacuation plans are your responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for compensation in case of weather-related disruptions, as adverse conditions may limit our communication abilities. Refunds won't be granted for circumstances beyond our control during storms. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
