Le condo au 3ème étage avec balcon offre l’une des meilleures vues sur l’océan et la marina de toutes les unités de la tour! 1322 s. F. espace de vie dans un format ouvert sur un seul niveau. Juste rénové avec cuisine mis à niveau, y compris des comptoirs en granit et carrelage mosaïque en verre dosseret, granit surmonté vanités de salle de bains, nouveau salon haut de gamme, salle à manger et la chambre à coucher et un décor tropical de bon goût. New TV SONY, DVD stéréo et de nouveaux systèmes à courant alternatif. Lit queen et lit dans la chambre principale. 1 reine, 1 double et 1 lit simple superposé sur lit double dans la 2ème chambre. Les deux chambres ont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat à partir de Août '18.

We strive to provide all the amenities of home for our Guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils etc. So glad you experienced the beautiful sunrises from the beach area! Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on 3 sides, the beach area and 400' jetty are the perfect places to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. We had a great stay at this condo. The amenities in site were excellent - we loved the option of two pools, but tower pool alone was perfect. We sat by the fire pit while the guys fished in the evening- even cooked burgers and fresh caught fish on the grills. Located near the best snorkeling and fishing amd lots of local eateries. We had a wind storm so decided to day trip to key west- wasn’t in the plan but had a great time !

Glad that you had a great stay! Yes, the amenities on site are excellent. So happy that you enjoyed the fire pits and bbq grills at the beach area, especially cooking up your fish that you freshly caught from the 400' jetty! Our location, being so close to many reefs, is amongst the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Keys, and there are many nearby options for fishing. Lots of great restaurants and other retail outlets. Lots to see and do... just pack your bags and enjoy! Happy travels, Marianne

And i agree that our condo is in a great location... on the Atlantic Ocean coast and secluded on all sides. Our location is about 1 mile from the main commercial area of Key Largo, so guests don't hear any noise, yet, multiple retail outlets, drug stores, restaurants, attractions and excursions are conveniently nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. The tower pool was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. Private laundry and two bathrooms were really nice. The host and cleaning personnel were easy to reach. The only thing I would recommend is new living and dining room furniture; the couch, chairs, and stools were not comfortable for gathering around the tv after a day in the sun. Thank you for providing beach towels. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed. We had lots of fun and the views are stunning.

Clean pretty unit with a lot of space!! Excellent location with a special pool and so close to the beach area where you can watch sunsets and sun rises. We also sat and had a fire on the beach. True paradise. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

There's a walking path around the salt water lagoon/lake in the middle of the property. The Tower's open-air atrium with it's gardens is also well kept. Our housekeeper has been with us for 14 years and she does a fantastic job in between renters preparing our condo for our next set of Guests. We strive to keep the condo well stocked and provide all the amenities of home. We remain readily available to answer our Guests questions to ensure a pleasurable stay. Happy travels, Marianne

Yes, our condo is situated in a beautiful location, quietly nestled on the Atlantic Ocean coast about 1 mile away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area of Key Largo, and surrounded by nature reserves and about 270 degree views of the ocean. 24x7 security is provided at our quiet, gated community. It is highly recommended to watch sunsets and sunrises from our 400' jetty which jets out into the Atlantic Ocean. You may also wish to fish from here, or simply take in the ocean breeze. Our upscale 2 2 condo is indeed spacious with approx. 1300 sf of space in an open-concept design fanning out to magnificent views of the Yacht Club marina and ocean beyond. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, and a private laundry room is included for your use. We strive to provide all the amenities of home. Just pack your bags and enjoy! We enjoyed the property. The keys were a little difficult to access I believe because the lock box is older. An upgraded one would be nice. We stayed 2 nights and slept great both nights! Some leftover food was seen stuck on the silverware which kind of grossed us out. The rug at the front entryway should be removed as it doesn’t stay put on the floor and could easily be a tripping hazard. The bathrooms are updated and nice but the furniture could use an update. The pool was great and very close to the unit. The fishing area is kind of a hike but reasonable.

We love Key Largo, all the fun of Key West but without the crowds. This is a great condo located on a beautiful property with so many wonderful amenities. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well appointed. The owner and the housekeeper were so easy to work with, and the sunsets of Key Largo did not disappoint!

Beautiful home, clean and had all we needed, no problems at all with one of the swimmjng pools right outside the condo which made it very convenient. Only thing that would have made it over the top was to have a sandy beach with swimming area on site, otherwise, it was great!

Key Largo 5 star stay

We were in Key Largo with family to have a celebration of life for a family member. Our rental was perfect for the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was beautiful and spacious and well stocked. When we first arrived the weather was warm and we used the pool once. Then a cold front came through and it was too cool to use the pool. The water cooled way down after that. Also it would be nice if the pool had bathroom facilities and a hot tub to use when it is cooler outside. The 3b elevator broke down on our last day when we were loading up to leave. We’d like to thank our hosts for a beautiful condo and for the discounted Nov pricing which made our stay possible! We would love to come back next year!
