In the heart of Santa Barbara’s desirable West Mesa neighborhood, this charmer is perfectly situated between the beach and local amenities, all within walking distance. You’ll be steps from the Mesa Lane beach access and just a few blocks away from Mesa Burger, Lighthouse Coffee, and Lazy Acres market for all your nourishing needs.

This adorable one-bedroom cottage comes stocked with everything you need. While attached to another unit, it’s fully private with a separate entrance and enclosed patio. Outside there are Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, a BBQ, and charming string lights. Open concept Living Room with a high quality Room & Board sleeper sofa, and the fully equipped kitchen features bistro dining. You’ll never want to leave the Bedroom’s comfortable mattress and luxury sheets, except to step through the attached door to the patio’s cozy fire pit. Bicycles and private Washer/Dryer are available for guest use.

Paradise's Property
We found a very friendly and welcoming owner. He took us to the place in back of the house. It is a one single small apartment, very, very clean. It is cozy and the design is just marvelous. It also has a patio in the back with a fire pit and conffy chairs. There were three bike-cycles for us to ride. The kitchen is equipped to do, not too elaborated cooking, but you could perfectly just stay in and do your own cooking. The pantries were full of dishes and much condiments and coffee to brew. The bathroom is well equipped as well, with shampoo, soap, clean towels. The bedroom has a spacious closet and a beautiful comfy bed with clean sheets. The living room has a comfy sofa that would turn into a bed. The apartment is very cozy. We found a bottle of wine as a courtesy of the house. The owner reserved a parking spot for us just outside the house. There is not a lot of traffic by the house. Restaurants and shopping centers are within a mile of so. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a pleasant place to take a walk. I would take this place again.

Great place to stay
From the bamboo sheets to the fluffy towels, averything was top notch. Brand new washer and dryer for convenience, the fireplace out back and every light switch dimmable. Really just a quality high class rental. The landlord was very friendly and kind. Had bikes to use for no extra charge. Thanks perry!

Perfect home! So clean
Friendly homeowner Perry was more then nice! The house was immaculate and very comfortable. I have never stayed in such a clean VRBO! Recently renovated and so cute. Very quiet safe neighborhood close to beach. Great biles to use during stay and washer and dryer were top notch. Linens were lovely. Adorable place!
