Entièrement rénovée en 2008 et récemment meublée, cette unité unique à deux niveaux fait partie d'un triplex historique dans le quartier recherché de West Beach. Votre porte est à seulement 1 1/2 pâté de maisons des terrains de sable et de volley-ball de West Beach, près de Stearn’s Wharf, et à quelques minutes de marche des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville de State St. La station Amtrak est également très proche; pas besoin de voiture si vous arrivez en train!

Le salon du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un canapé-lit queen de haute qualité avec canapé-lit AU pour des quêtes supplémentaires et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 32 pouces avec HD-DirecTV et lecteur DVD. La petite cuisine a un réfrigérateur et une cuisinière / four avec des comptoirs en granit et est équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'une cafetière, d'un mélangeur NutriBullet, d'un grille-pain et d'ustensiles de cuisine / vaisselle.
Les portes-fenêtres du salon mènent à une terrasse extérieure spacieuse et privée à côté de Mission Creek avec table et chaises de patio. Beaucoup d'oiseaux.

À l'étage, la chambre ensoleillée dispose d'un lit queen-size en peluche avec couette et oreillers en duvet, grande commode de qualité supérieure, bureau et vanité. La salle de bains attenante en carrelage blanc est équipée d'une baignoire à remous et d'une douche. Les planchers en noyer exotique s'étendent partout.

Prime location just steps off state street but still quiet at night. Jeff was a super communicative host. Lovely set up was perfect for our weekend get away. Love the back deck and rooftop as well.

This is a quaint, charming place to stay. It has a rich and interesting history. It is close to everything we wanted to do; within walking distance to the beach, to galleries and restaurants, a Saturday farmers market that is amazing, and much more!. The owner is continuing to update the unit. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jeff's place is a charming, clean, & cozy delight! The location is a short walk to the beach, train depot, surrounding cafes & tourist attractions. It overlooks a pretty canal which guests can enjoy from the patio or rooftop patio. Jeff is a great communicator and eager to offer his guests an optimal experience! We love to stay again in the near future.*Potential guests should be aware that Unit 3 bedroom is only accessible by a somewhat steep staircase.

Cicely, great feedback on Unit 3. I need to make that more clearer in the desscription (stairs). Unit 1 and 2 do not have stairs. Great location with walking distance to so many restaurants, Funk Zone and the marina. Kitchen has everything you may need. The upper roof is a great place to hang out. The stairs can be difficult for some but handrail is there to assist. A king size bed would be a plus as there is room in the bedroom. Overall, great place to stay and if we travel back to the area we would certainly book here again.

Prime West Beach location, just outside the Funk Zone and about 1.5 blocks from the beach. Our unit had everything we needed and was a great place for us to land after traveling and sightseeing. The host is super helpful and very responsive to any needs

The host Jeff was easy to communicate with, the location is prime being near both the beach and downtown, the parking is easy enough to find and walk to, and the place is comfortable and clean. Main thing is that the bathroom is tighter than ideal, but other than that, the whole setup worked well for the three of us that stayed, utilizing the upstairs bed and downstairs sofa bed.

You can't beat the combination of price and location for this property! We used it as our home base for exploring the area around Santa Barbara but could easily walk or bike everywhere in Santa Barbara. It's close to so many great beaches, restaurants, shops, and tourist locations. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Some areas in the home are looking a little tired, but Jeff has plans to update soon. He was an amazing host, easy to contact and going above and beyond to make our trip special.

We had a lovely stay and felt the place was very private. We did not hear noise from other units. The location is incredible - you can walk to Stearns Wharf, or to Downtown State Street. Restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Darling neighborhood around it. Describing the unit as having vintage charm is accurate. The building is 100 years old, but I appreciated Jeff being upfront about the work he is doing on it. Perfect space for a couple. We had everything we needed and would stay again!

Great apartment for a couple. The host was a new owner and was working out some start up kinks, but Jeff was quick to respond and a great communicator. The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a couple blocks to the beach, the marina, State Street, Funk Zone and tons of great restaurants. I was there for 3 weeks and discovered new areas and activities every day. I had a great stay and kind of fell in love with the town. I'd go back!

I attended Westmont College and two of our kids attended as well. We love the community and beauty of Santa Barbara and we especially love the life time memories that West Beach has given to our family.

West Beach is THE place to stay in SB for both beach and downtown access. Very few properties become available here. And with the City onslaught on Short-Term Rentals, ours is one of FEW authorized, legitimately permitted Vacation Rental units in SB !! We also have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath right around the corner (with parking. If available and needed).

The historic building and charming unit are unique in Santa Barbara . The privacy offered by the backyard patio by Mission Creek is special. The access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer is amazing and our rooftop farm is supremely unique and special.
