Summary:
Our charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom, sleeping 15 guests home will be loved by families, business professionals, or anyone looking for a reliable stay. Experience a real-home feel from the cozy living room and bedrooms to the vintage vibes of the fully-equipped kitchen, equipped to provide a comfortable stay. We are about ten minutes southwest of downtown Mobile and have easy access to I-90, making it easy to enjoy all the best of Mobile. Pets are welcome with a fee.
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, guests will be welcomed into foyer where you will see the living room on your left, a staircase which will take you to the bedrooms upstairs and a hallway to the kitchen. The spacious living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, large smart TV and plenty of additional seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready to help prepare any meal for you and your guests that you can eat at the handmade farmhouse table with bench seating in the dining room! You will find one half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed with ample closet space, a cozy reading nook, and a ensuite bathroom. The second is two queens and the third bedroom have two fulls in the bedrooms.. The last bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a shared full bathroom upstairs in the hallway.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on in a residential neighborhood. This home is convenient to grocery, shopping, restaurants and downtown Mobile.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
