L'emplacement et l'intimité ne sont pas de taille pour les personnes à la recherche de vacances détendues ou d'aventure.
Nous avons un guide d'initié que nous envoyons à tous les locataires pour vous aider à maximiser vos vacances. Le livret a des choses à faire, des restaurants et des plages isolées qui sont hors des sentiers battus.
Il contient également des détails sur la location d'une voiture et le montant à attendre. Nous essayons d'attendre autant que possible afin qu'il n'y ait pas de surprises.
Le condo est bien aménagé avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain.
La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être un chef ou un cuisinier à court terme. Il y a aussi un gril à gaz sur le patio principal.
Le condo est loin de l'autoroute principale et dans le complexe résidentiel Sirenis Resort. Il y a un personnel de sécurité fermé à plein temps.

The place is exactly as described online and is very comfortable. The deck chairs and the hammocks are a great place to relax! Very nice and clean gated community. We would definitely recommend this to our family & friends

Perfect condo near the beach

This condo is immaculate, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our week in Mexico. There is a beach a short walk away, and we could hear the waves at night. It is close to so many things to see and do, like Tulum and Coba, cenotes for swimming, beaches for snorkeling, even a secret lagoon! We loved coming back to this stylish and comfortable condo in the evenings to read in a hammock or play cards. Our two teenagers enjoyed checking out the scene at the resort next door. Something for everyone!

A perfect getaway

The condo is everything that is described by the owners, the other reviewers, and the photos. It is beautiful, extremely well appointed and maintained, and in a wonderful location. The owner was most helpful, with excellent communications, great tips and recommendations, and a very informative book which he sent us in advance. My husband and I stayed 5 days with our brother-in-law and college-age nephew, and all of us had a great time. It was so nice to go exploring during the day and then relax at the condo afterwards, where it is quiet. We enjoyed many movies from the plentiful and varied selection. I hope to return to the "Modern Mexico Condo" someday, as there are a few things I didn't get around to doing, such as spoiling myself at the Sirenis spa!

Comfortable, relaxing quiet stay.

We stayed for the month of February 2023. The condo was very well equipped, and had everything one would need. Rob and Vonda were fabulous hosts, and provided us with lots of good information about the property and also a binder for guests that included lots of suggestions and locations/driving tips for local restaurants, beaches and activities. It’s in a very quiet location, surrounded by jungle, and only 200-300 metres from a very quiet, beautiful beach with impressive waves. Lovely to look at, but not easily swimmable. The condo pool is small but beautiful, and well shaded with ample chairs/chaise longues. Highly recommended for those wanting a quiet stay, away from loud resorts, but close driving distance to charming towns and accessible ocean swimming and restaurants (Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum). Thank you Rob and Vonda for a wonderful stay! .

Great Stay in Akumal

Really enjoyed this condo. Very quiet and great base for going to Playa, Tulum, and other places. You do need to rent a car which we did anyway. There are a few conveniences in the Grand Sirenis area--Oxxo (like 7 Eleven), Pharmacy, Surf type shop, etc. Host gave great suggestions in info packet about where to shop, etc. Host was extremely responsive to any queries. WIFI works well. Fans in most every room. Beautiful lanai balcony we sat on each night. Beautiful surroundings. Condo had snorkel equipment, beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Beach at resort is a bit difficult as lots of reef but several beaches within easy driving distance. If you're really adventurous go down to Punta Allen--4 hrs each way but well worth it. Again, great stay....

Sirenis Koai condo

Loved staying at this condo! Excellent location in the Akumal area. Lovingly furnished and everything supplied. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for beach days. Easy access to beach and small lagoon for snorkeling. Had both the lagoon and the beach to ourselves for most of the day. We were in daily contact with Rob the owner, via internet ,he was quick to address our needs and to point us in the right direction as far as local activities and restaurants. There is a local guide that was put together by the owners in the condo, it was very thorough and had lots of great info. It is helpful to have a rental car to access the sights although you could take the local collectivos to travel up and down the coast. The swimming pool was nice for a refreshing dip in the afternoon. We loved leaving the windows and sliding glass door open at night to hear both the jungle sounds and the sounds of the ocean. This property was outstanding.

The property was maintained with impeccable attention to detail, quality and cleanliness.

The property grounds are beautiful, easy to navigate, quiet and lovely. You really get a true feeling of being home away as this is the perfect place to unwind relax and have an exceptional vacation. Easy access to highway renting a car and going on daily adventures to area beaches, ruins cenotes so much to do and see all while feeling relaxed and recharged. The weather could not have been better the food was all delicious the beach clubs were incredible and I would vacation here again and again. This property has it all Bravo!

Fantastic

Great home. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for a group of 4. Owners very responsive to questions. Wonderful guide in condo and visited many of the recommendations and they were excellent recomendations. A little off the main drag so you will need-to rent a car. Very easy to get around and nice to return to the tranquillity after zipping around all day. Condo has all the amenities you need making for a relaxing stay. There is a great grill not pictured. Neighbors are very friendly.

Excellent trip!

We had a wonderful holiday trip to Koai Condos at Grand Sirenis. The condo was exactly as pictured - clean, contemporary, safe, and furnished with everything we needed. Rob's guide to the area set us up with everything we wanted to do - from the ruins to Tulum to beaches less traveled - and especially the restaurants. The local food was excellent - we lost count of how many fish tacos the 4 of us ate. The guide also made the challenges of traveling in a foreign country (for the first time) easy - we had no problems at all. Thanks for sharing your experience and VRBO property with us.

Lovely, clean + comfortable jungle condo

Just returned from the most lovely trip to Akumal / Tulum. Fresh seafood, snorkeling, relaxing in the sun -- but coming home each night to this beautiful condo was the icing on the cake. The condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable for a family of four. We had everything we needed, including fresh water, clean sheets + towels, a coffee maker and beach chairs. We slept with the doors and windows open each night, giving us a nice breeze, cool air and jungle sounds in the morning. The short walk to the mostly-deserted beach is lovely, and the beach itself is absolutely gorgeous. Did lots of exploring there. Also went on nice, long runs each morning through the Sirenis property and down the beach. Felt very safe. Rob's guide was incredibly helpful (gave us better tips than our Lonely Planet guide book, in fact!). We both appreciated his check-ins ahead of and during the trip to ensure everything was to our satisfaction (which it was -- and then some!). We'll absolutely be back. It was a perfect vacation.

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay was fabulous and this condo was absolutely beautiful! Although not directly on the beach, we still had a great time and spent every day at a different beach or destination (Xcaret, Xplor, Akumal Beach, Grand Sirenis pool, etc.) and then came home ready to relax and watch a movie at the condo. This condo felt like a spa and contained all the amenities necessary to cook your meals if you desire. My husband especially liked the wine fridge! The owners were very kind and helpful! They mailed us a great booklet with review and detailed directions to their favorite restaurants and beaches as well as detailed suggestions for grocery shopping, rental cars, money exchange, etc. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Yucatan. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very nice!

We enjoyed the Condo. Very comfortable, well furnished and appointed, the cleaning maintenance crew was great and available for any issues, we did not have any. It was only a five minute walk to a beach cove, and if you venture 10 minutes to the south/west on the coral beach you can snorkel in one of the Akumal inlets.

Modern Condo in private estate with ocean views

Condo exceeded our expectations.We found it very clean and well maintained. Owner provided a local directory that really helped with finding restauarants and fun activities -this saved us time and energy. One of the appeals for us was its privacy and remote location but that means you need a car to access all the local spots. Condo has great kitchen and eating afeas for those who want to just stay put and relax.

The Condo was in pristine condition Almost as never used. Modern and very comfortable with high end furnishings and finishes. A nice and quiet almost private pool located steps from the front door was refreshing and relaxing. A beautiful private beach located about a five minute walk from outside of the Condo. I was very impressed by the quality and variety of Restaurants that I enjoyed listed by the owner. Saw my fist Sea Turtle while snorkeling the first day. The weather was perfect. Fantastic experience!

My visit to Mexico

What a wonderful place to stay! Just far enough off the "beaten path" yet close enough to enjoy many adventures. I especially liked the gated community aspect and was able to enjoy bike riding and jogging along the trails. I took some beautiful pictures while on my morning walk. The views from either balcony are amazing! I especially enjoyed listening to (at watching) the jungle birds. There are many nice restaurants to try, but I was really looking forward to cooking in the very well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and lovely. The open area is sunny and inviting. This condo was immaculate and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to my friends as well as stay there again. The pictures and description on this location is accurate.

My wife and I live in Chicago and always wanted to have a sunny place to get away from the cold Illinois winters. We discovered Akumal in 2003.
After many vacations we started to look for our own place and found our condo. Akumal has a magic that's draws you back again and again. We spent over a year of constant shopping to make our place not just a vacation spot, but a real home away from home. Shopping in Mexico is harder then in the states but we feel all our time really paid off. We truly feel that there is a warm inviting feeling very unique to Akumal. We care for our guest to feel right at home from the minute they open the door.

The condo has the feeling of being in the jungle at night. The nights are full of stars and animals. The condo has all the modern appointments and is very comfortable.

There is a private beach and lagoon you can only access if you are a resident to the Sirenis Resort complex.
You also have the option for $50.00 per person US ( rates can go up on high season to $90.00 per person )to use the resort facility's for the day. That has to be set up in advance up to 48 hours. They have an amazing spa (at an additional cost) where you can relax and pamper yourself!
