Gina, thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and found our quick responses helpful. As a local, I can assure you that Nashville's infrastructure greatly varies, especially near downtown. However, safety is always paramount, and we assure you that we have never had any issue with crime or reports of suspicious activity at this home or others that we manage in the same area, and we're thrilled to hear you felt secure in the area. The 35-minute walk to downtown may vary in perception, but we appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for staying with us, we genuinely look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
