Villa not complete. Not as advertised.

Villa did not look like pictures. Garage was completely full of owners stuff. Kitchen faucet had very low water pressure. Many items still need repair from hurricane damage. Closet doors missing throughout. Tv in guest room did not work - had to be replaced. Furniture was uncomfortable and did not match pictures. Very poor lighting throughout. Food in fridge often froze even at lower temperatures. Drawers in bedrooms full of owner’s belongings.

Crystal Sands is Fantastic!

Location, location, location! It doesn't get any better than Crystal Sands on Siesta Key Beach. The villa is clean, spacious, secure and very comfortable. It felt like home after a couple days and it was very painful to leave. A couple things to note. Parking in front of some of the villa's and the garages are quite tight. Get a very compact car if you will be parking there. The general parking area is fine for all size vehicles. A few things that can be improved is things like grab bars for seniors. The secondary bathroom could do with an upgrade, toilet and shower. A few issues came up and property management took care of them pretty quickly and they were easy to contact via email or phone. It really is a beautiful property and amazing location. Thanks VRBO and iTrip Vacations!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! Our villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The property itself is also well maintained. Pools were great. Perfect location! We'll be back:)

The property was not cleaned good before we arrived. The one bedroom door would get stuck and you couldn’t open it. A handyman came out and was there for maybe 2 minutes and didn’t fix it properly so it continued to get stuck. The location is nice and a very nice walk to the beach.

Fantastic Vacation!

We highly recommend this unit and location! We vacationed as a larger family in this unit and the unit next door. It was very clean and well equipped for an enjoyable vacation. The location is great-close to the beach and close to other amenities on Siesta Key.

Location is Amazing

The house is very comphy, it has everything that could be needed. Very clean. The weather is amazing and the beach it is very nice. The pool was really clean. We had a great week. We will come back.

This Villa has been a wonderful home away from home for our family. The location is wonderful, the villa itself is adorable, clean as a whistle and stocked with everything you need plus more. We loved our stay here, we don’t want to leave! We will absolutely return and stay longer for our next visit.
