The Leisure Cottage is a fully furnished, cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage home in an unbeatable location, a block from Lake Macatawa and the Holland State Park boundary, ¾ miles from the Holland State Park beach, and 1 mile from Tunnel Park Beach.

The Space:

The cottage is directly located on Holland’s renowned bike path, which takes you to all beach locations, kayak/canoe rentals (2 blocks away) many restaurants, and ice cream (noteably the new Reservoir restaurant, Dune Dogz & Treats, Down the Hatch party store, Lolo's Bar & Grill, etc.), boat rentals, fishing, and more! In the attached garage, you will find a fleet of adult and children’s bikes, scooters, beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, toys, etc.) and yard games. A fenced in backyard includes two grills (gas and charcoal) and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and skewers for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs alike. The deck has a patio table and chairs and an umbrella to enjoy outdoor eating. The three-bedroom house features two queen beds with memory foam mattress toppers, and a third room with a triple bunk bed that kids will love - all bedrooms on the main floor. The house also includes a basement playroom with a pull-out couch that can sleep 1-2 additional people, a TV and video games, foosball table and darts, toddler train table, Legos, board games, books, and puzzles. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if you choose to dine-in.

All reservations are covered by an insurance program. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
