Dive trip for some, sun for all!

Very nice, clean, well equipped, a little hard to find a few things (wine opener) but the were there. Stove didn’t work but maybe we were doing it wrong, excellent communication from owner and manager.Very close to beach. Pool was nice to cool off, enjoyed our time on back porch.

Beautiful home with all the right touches

This was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could imagine! Plenty of space for our family of 7 and close to many activities in West Bay, including the beach. Chris and Lana were extremely attentive to our needs and many questions. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful home off of West Bay beach

What an incredible house!!! Very well equipped and comfortable for the 5 of us!! The pool was so nice in the evening!! A/c worked AMAZING! It is a very short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful! We saw parrots flying overhead! It’s a great spot! Very secure and the owner Chris was very helpful and responsive as is the house manager Lana who lives on the island. I can’t recommend this place enough! We never needed a car! Lana will arrange anything! We already miss it!

Perfect Vacation Home in Roatan

This property is fantastic and the owner/house manager are awesome and responsive. The home is tucked in the jungle with a fantastic pool, yet very close to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. Any issue or question that came up during the stay was solved or answered very quickly. The host even arranged transportation to the airport. All of the kitchen gadgets, towels, beach towels you would need are there. Highly recommend this home, we had an incredible stay.

Great house! Great location!

This is a beautiful and well appointed home! Owner responded quickly to booking request! The best part is the location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants/bars on the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The perfect property

We stayed at this property for our family vacation and I highly recommend it. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host even had life jackets, sand toys and a pack n play for our kids, which I had inquired about. It made it so much easier than packing those things and I really appreciated the effort that was put in to getting those things there for us. The house is beautiful. It’s newer and everything was in working order. We spent hours in the pool and when we weren’t in the pool we were at the beach. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes with the kids. You walk down a paved road to a parking lot kind of area, the beach is just on the other side of the parking lot and it takes you right onto West Bay Beach where most of the restaurants are. If you walk another maybe 7 minutes down the beach there is an incredible coral reef right off the shore that has some of the best snorkeling. It was nice to be able to do that everyday and not have to rent a car or pay a taxi. The location of the house is great. Like I said you can walk to the beach, but it’s also far enough off the beach that it felt private and was a quiet place to relax. I will say be careful when walking to and from the beach, especially in the dark. You are walking on a road and the cars can come zipping down that road pretty fast. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. She brought us over toilet paper and paper towels when we ran out. She also helped us set up airport transportation. The ride to the airport took us about 20 minutes, so not bad at all. You can’t see or hear any neighbors from the house so it did feel private, and I didn’t feel bad when my kids were incredibly loud in the pool. It is right by a semi busy road though, so you will hear some traffic driving by, but that wasn't a big deal to us. I would definitely stay here again, my favorite thing about the home was the deck and pool, and it’s location. Yes we did have to carry all our stuff to the beach everyday, but I would take that over staying in a resort on the beach with other people around all the time and having to share a pool. The area also felt very safe.

We first came to Roatan in 2021 with our three kids and fell in love with the island. We bought land close to West Bay Beach and designed our dream vacation home with local architect Fernando Diaz, who turned it into a reality. Our property manager, Lana Diaz (no relation to Fernando, by the way), is just down the street as she helps run Fosters West Bay Resort. Hoping to share our place with others who will love Roatan and its scuba diving and snorkeling and jungle and good food and great people as much as we do!

We wanted something close to West Bay Beach, so we and our guests could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, the local market to pick the odd grocery items, but something that was also quiet at night so we could skeep soundly.

There aren't also of vacation homes close to West Bay where you don't have neighbors on top of you, Our spot is tranquil and surrounded by the beautiful foliage and flowers and so it has a sense of privacy without being far from the action.
