Great location, few problems

The condo was nice, fit all six of us comfortably. Being on the beach with a view of the inter-coastal is always a plus. The only issues we encountered was first, this was the first rental I have stayed in that did not supply beach chairs. We ended up having to buy three to use for the week and leaving them in the room. Secondly, my husband slipped and fell on a pool of water in our bathroom due to a leak in the toilet. On the plus side, maintenance was there quickly and had it fixed the morning after. Lastly, about halfway through our trip I had found out our dishwasher was broken which we had not been made aware of. Luckily, maintenance arrived two days after we reported it to fix it which took about 2 hours. It was a nice place to stay at a great location. The management was extremely helpful and friendly and the other residents within the complex were delightful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed as well as the bedrooms with extra blankets and pillows. It is within walking distance to the beach, inter coastal, various shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience!

Great view of the intracoastal! Room has all you need to make your stay enjoyable. Even some books to read by the pool. Pool is great and the location to the beach is perfect. The staff is friendly and they make you feel like family. This is our fifth year staying here and looking forward to many more years. We come down in February and September.
