Peacefully set just outside Rye’s hustle and bustle, this stylish renovated and freshly furnished holiday home encapsulates the ultimate family getaway. Perfectly redesigned to accommodate a large family, the heart of the home is centred around a beautifully appointed open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens to a sail covered alfresco to the north, and generous fully fenced gardens to the south. Complete with all the required modern comforts, an unforgettable family holiday awaits.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property sleeps a maximum of 8 adults.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details).
