Welcome to The Serenity Suite at Sunglow Resort! This penthouse-style 2BR condo gives you a center-stage, panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Located 10 floors up on the very top floor of popular Sunglow Resort, enjoy your vacation right in the middle in bustling Daytona Beach Shores. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!



The Space:

Welcome to "Serenity Suite 1002" at Sunglow Resort! As of August 2024 the resort has finished up some massive renovations to the front lobby and pool area! Updates include new heated pool, pool deck, hot tub, grill station, 2 new elevators and more! We are so excited for the updates and hope you can see them for yourself!



Picture yourself here in the two bedroom, two bathroom serenity suite! Sleeping up to 6 guests, this updated condo has 2 queen sized beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the grandiose white sand beaches that Daytona Beach Shores is famous for!



This top floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed and a spacious beachfront balcony! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, private en-suite bathroom and sliding doors with access to the beach-front balcony. Around the corner is a second cozy queen bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay.



Enjoy free high speed Wireless Internet and Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps! (Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony.



Guest Access:

Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby, go to the front desk to pick up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. Once you have received your keys, use the elevator inside the lobby to go to your floor. You need your lobby key to enter and exit the pool area, so make sure to always keep your keys with you.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach is famous for its motorsports, events, golfing, shopping and, of course, iconic white sand beaches! Staying at the Sunglow Resort puts you right in the center of all Daytona Beach has to offer. Whether you are traveling with friends or family, there is no shortage of fun and entertainment! Enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk to visit the Pier next door and grab dinner on the water at Crabby Bill's. If you prefer an escape, take the day to explore the World Center of Racing or enjoy a ride down the scenic 34-mile "Loop". All of this and more is right outside your front door when your book your stay in Daytona Beach with us!



Getting Around:

Daytona Beach Shores is a very walkable area with the beach boardwalk and pier right outside your door! If you're looking to use a ride-share service, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the beach area as public parking can be limited. Cars are allowed on the beach for a $20 fee if you choose to use your own vehicle to explore during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

- There are NO pets of any kind allowed on the premises. Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval.

- The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

- The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!

-The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach.

- This property does not have Cable TV. Thanks for understanding.

- Guests will only receive one parking permit upon arrival. Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.
