The house was clean, well kept and exactly as described in the listing. Check in at the front gate seemed unnecessarily difficult when trying to get the parking pass for our second vehicle. All and all, another great stay at Solterra

Thank you, Vincent, for taking the time to share your review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and found it clean, well maintained, and as described. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking pass process at the community gate and understand how that can be frustrating. While the gate and parking procedures are managed by the community, we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re happy to hear you had another great stay at Solterra. We hope to welcome you back again soon! 😊

Property was perfect inside, clean, spacious and as described. Location is a little far out, but that was known when we booked. My only gripe is the pool area. The photos show the screening as clear or see through when in fact it has been closed in (no doubt for privacy). However, this did make it feel claustrophobic outside and more humid as there is reduced airflow.Apart from that, the villa was amazing - best one I’ve stayed in.

House was great. Clean, however had one room with dirty, stained sheets and hair. Also had two instances where the breaker box needed tending due to no power in all bathroom outlets throughout the house on arrival and no hot water one evening and morning. Will say management took care of issues immediately and rest of stay was wonderful! Plenty of room for larger families. Overall, a great home!

Family friendly!

Enjoyed our stay. The pool area was perfect — and felt thankful for the privacy screening - that was huge! The house was very clean, well decorated, and had all made comfortable. Only feedback; supply enough toilet paper! Home only provided one roll which required us to go out and buy some. Also would have appreciated laundry detergent. It’s two simple things that would have gone a long way.

Florida Trip

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space and beds, bathrooms were top notch. Very comfortable for our family. We also weee not too far from attractions and the on-site water park area was great for our group. Loved loved the property. Check in was not expected. Do not like having to send pics of my ID and cards which is why I use VRBO. Would not have booked had I known that was required. I use VRBO all the time in excess of 15 homes to avoid putting data out there. Would recommend changing that policy.
