Very clean. I enjoyed everything about the property except only one bath towel and wash cloth in the master bath. We did go buy a couple of bath towels and wash cloths

We had a nice stay and the place was clean and easy to access. Communication was done via email and text and was clear. The location was great for our needs - close to the places we wanted to go to. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

I rented both units in the duplex for my family to stay while visiting for a family birthday party. It was lovely. Honestly, I could live in either unit. The communication with Aaron was easy and he was so accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, yet nearby to shopping, restaurants and a short ride to the beach. The unit was clean and had all of the comforts of home. There are even paper towels, laundry detergent, basic toiletries. The beds are super comfy and so are the towels! I highly recommend either unit- the Sea Turtle or Coral House! Or rent both units so your family can stay together with enough privacy for all.

Amazingly responsive and customer focused

We had an issue when we went to wash a load of clothes at 9pm at night. I messaged Mark and he said he would get someone to look at it the next day. The next day by 10 am Mark, his partner, and two repair men were there and within 5 minutes the closet door was off, dryer was unstacked and washer was pulled apart. They put in a new pump and it was fixed. Before the repair Mark even offered to wash a load of clothes for us at his house. Very great people to work with. Lots of special touches having the linen in special folded configurations and free snacks and water.

This was a disappointment, this host was given my private phone number by VRBO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I was not given the choice to communicate to the host through the Vrbo platform. The reason I was given by the VRBO customer support. Is that the host use a third-party application to manage multiple properties. So instead of my communications to the house, being documented on the platform and my privacy being protected I had to use my personal phonecommunicate to the host through the Vrbo platform. The living room had a sectional that was so close to the TV MY wife tripped. The master bed frame had lets at the edge of the bed frame and we kept hitting our feet. All the floors and carpets were not clean. The countertops in the kitchen not clean.

If there were any issues with cleanliness, we wish you had reached out to us during your stay, and we would have immediately addressed them - There is a sufficient amount of space between the couch and the tv stand, and all of the bathrooms have mats, so we are trying to understand why the floor in the bathroom was slippery, so we are sorry that you slipped We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
