Chicago (its neighborhoods!). The living room is a converted store front, so
you benefit from airy ceilings and tons of natural light, which carries into
the kitchen - between that and the new appliances, cooking here is a blast.
The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are spread out over both floors, so it's ideal
for families and groups of friends - book today!
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

Loved the property. Lots of space and natural light. Rooms were comfortable and the 3 full baths were perfect for our group. Check in was super simple and there were very few check out items. Could have used a dusting and removal of cobwebs but that was very minor for us. The only issue we had was with finding parking. The spots around the building are permit only spots. After searching for a block or two we wound up parking in one of the permit spots and took the 75 ticket.

Almost perfect
It really was, almost perfect. The rooms, the amenities, the location, the beds, really everything was perfect. Except downstairs felt like a meat locker. The temperature upstairs never matched downstairs. Us downstairs, had to sleep in layers or both pj sets at the same time! Otherwise, it really was a beautiful place and would definitely rent again.

The house was nice, clean, and the perfect size for our group. Overall the space itself worked well for our stay.However, we were disappointed that we weren’t able to store our luggage before check-in. Additionally, the smoke alarm started beeping during our stay. We were told it had been fixed, but when we returned later that evening it was still beeping. We attempted to reach out again but did not receive a response, and we ultimately had to climb on a table to remove the detector and take the battery out ourselves. Thankfully no one was hurt in the process, but it was an inconvenience and a safety concern.
