Very hospitable

Very nice. Host was amazing and super helpful. Felt safe and secure with plenty amenities. Location close to shopping, dining and Disney. Enjoyed the visit.

The house was absolutely amazing! My family stayed here for spring break trip to disney . The house was spacious and clean and just like the pictures. Gwen the property manager was awesome and was quick to respond to messages everything we needed was in the house I give 10/10 great property I would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Property looks exactly as pictured. We appreciated the items that were provided for us (trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap & dishwasher pods)! Made it easy so we wouldn't have to buy & have yo leave all the extras. Host was very responsive to any questions. Our family would stay here again!

Great Place

This community and property is a great place to stay. The pool on site and the large pool are worth all it with small children. We didn't get to watch movies at the main building, but that would be a great addition to the trip next time. Gwen the property manager was great. Very attentive and helpful! Would stay in this house again!

The host Gwen was very accommodating. She was available throughout our entire stay. I have never met a host that has been so kind to me. The house looked exactly like the pictures. And the resort is amazing. The fries, drinks, and onion rings are a must. Oh yeah and the pool!

Okay stay

The inside condo looked good. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was gross. Host said they scheduled cleaners for the next day, they never showed up. All the bathrooms only had half a roll of TP. We had to go to the store and get more. Loved the resort. Kids loved the pool and game room.

5/10 Missing the little things

We stayed for 7 weeks so we do cook some meals. We were super disappointed with the lack of utensils and necessities needed in the kitchen. For instance, there was no spatula, mixing bowl, measuring cup, pot holders. Yet there were 6 different strainer/colanders. The pizza pan, cake pan and baking sheet were so rusted that we were reluctant to use them. We notified the management team that these pans needed to be replaced but they deferred the situation to the owner and we never heard back. The king size bed had the original mattress and you could feel the springs so it was not very comfortable.

Spacious condo near everything

It was a spacious condo with enough beds for all. Everything worked well whereas sometimes you have a rental where that isn’t the case. We felt the furniture could be updated. It was uncomfortable for us, maybe not others. The same thing with the bed mattresses, but again that was our thoughts. The only problem, and a huge issue, with the condo was the owner not putting our names in for the security office to let us onto the property. We couldn’t get into the condo for about 45 minutes to an hour. The contact person was very helpful but even she was having a hard time getting a hold of the owner. We had groceries that we had just picked up as well so it was a big deal. The contact person kept apologizing but it wasn’t her fault. Never did get an apology from the owner.
