Lovely stay

It was a lovely stay, and close to all of the shops in Burbank. We loved being able to walk to coffee in the morning and the vintage shops as well. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was so nice after a long day of sightseeing. It ended up being both cold and hot out, and the heater and a/c worked well for the space.

Great house, great location

Three adults visiting family in CA. The rental house was in a great location for us, nice neighborhood and convenient to shopping. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean, quiet nice place to stay

We were in town for the Rose Bowl and also took in Universal Studios while we were there. Great place to stay. Safe neighborhood and food nearby within walking distance.

Great house in a great location! We were visiting family in Burbank and stayed out the house with our 3 and 1 year olds. The house was small but had everything we needed!

Good little place!

Unit was as described, convenient, comfortable & safe area. It was well-stocked with coffee, teas & creamers and a nice snack basket. It is an older unit that could use some detailed cleaning, but we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Summer Trip to Burbank

Our family stayed for three days in this quaint home in Burbank. The amenities were sufficient, and the property kept clean. I enjoyed lounging in the backyard in the mornings, with my cup of Java. The location is convenient, and close to many of the attractions and spots we visited in the surrounding area. We appreciated the hospitality, and efficiency with the check-in process. Awesome Accommodation and Location

This is the cutest place! The hosts ‘hook you up’ with snacks, toiletries, games, books, and fully stocked kitchen. There’s a welcome booklet with all the local sights and hosts favorites which was super helpful. We had been vacationing for the past week so the washer and dryer was such a blessing! The property was VERY clean, inside and out. Great, peaceful back yard too! They even left a congratulations card for our daughter’s High School Graduation. HIGHLY recommend this place!

We gave it a shot, I guess we didn’t have the best luck

Came into the property at our designated check in time and the cleaning crew was still cleaning property. Called property manager and they gave us an extremely small discount for inconvenience. Cleaning crew left an item and had to return to pick it up 30 minutes later. Parking is not the best here as well. Came back to the home one evening and there was ants on one of the night stand. Won’t stay here again. We are going to stay in a hotel next time. Much more clean and convenient. Check out list is kind of over the top. People rent places to stay for convenience not to do the job of the cleaning crew

Great Burbank location, easy access to Universal Studios!

The house was just as described and was very clean. The owners stocked the kitchen with k-cups, tea packets, and coffee creamers, and there was a welcome basket with some snacks. All rooms have nice flat screen TVs capable of many different streaming apps and the Wi-Fi was very reliable and fast. Queen mattresses were firm memory foam style and very comfortable.We had a rental car and were able to get to Universal Studios in about 12 minutes in the morning, and easily ventured to other Hollywood locations as well. Stores and restaurants were close by as well.If staying in the peak heat months, note that the main area has a large window AC unit, and the front bedroom also has a window AC unit, but the back bedroom doesn't, however there were fans that would probably move some cool air in there from the front area as needed.
