This second-floor Kiawah Island vacation rental is located in an oceanfront building and offers a 1-minute walk to the beach. This villa features two bedrooms and triple balcony access.

With a one-story layout, this villa offers an open living area with cozy seating, a king-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that lead out to the beautiful balcony. The fully equipped kitchen showcases white cabinetry and ample counter space needed to prepare your vacation meals. The dining room area offers enough seating for your whole party.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The private primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, and ample counter space. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The triple balcony access allows ample opportunity to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco.

The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.
