Great central location!

Awesome Vrbo. Well equipped, clean, nice comfy beds. The living room was so comfortable. Pool and hot tub were also very nice and so close by.

Lovely place to stay on the west side of Phoenix

The condo was perfect for my family, and it was wonderful to be able to travel with our dog. The gated complex was beautiful and the pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees added to our vacation feel.

Relaxing

Great condo with nice interior and comfy beds and couch. The common area pool, hot tub and fitness center were all excellent. We would stay again.

Great rental

The property was clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. The gated community was safe and the residents we met were friendly.

Spring getaway

Good location for going to MLB spring training games. Easy access to highways , restaurants some shopping. Nice pool. Condo had all convenience needed for your stay.

Awesome Winter Getaway!

The condo was great - everything we needed. The folks at the pool were so nice and friendly. Mostly retired people and we loved getting to know them. About 30 minutes from most activities but easy on/off 101.

Perfect stay

It was really nice and very clean! Great setup. Condo had everything to make your stay comfortable and like home. Plenty of room and beds for our group, great location, a lot of activities and entertainment around our rental. Owners were very professional and helpful! Would highly recommend others to stay here.

The condo had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was nice not to far from things to do a quiet area. Plenty of towels (most places never seem to have them enough towels) would recommend that this place and definitely stay there again.

Wonderful condo

Our group consisted of three adults and two children. We all very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated, clean, well appointed and quiet. And unlike many hotels and vacation rentals, the beds were extremely comfortable! I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Phoenix area.

Nice place.

Property was located in West Phoenix and had easy access to all the surrounding areas (Sedona, Glendale, Scottsdale and Tucson). Pool and hot tub were great. Gym had enough equipment. People were very friendly.

Hutchinson Stay

Very nice and clean. Best part was the pool and hot tub. Appreciated the gated entrance and location. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the deck although it was small and no view. I would stay there again!

Amenties were wonderful. Perfect condo. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the ice maker in the fridge didn't work.

Great place!

The condo was not only clean and comfortable, but inviting and well stocked. We spent plenty of time enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub, and appreciated the easy access in and out of the gated facility. Great beds and bathrooms were also highlights. Multiple places to get food and groceries within three miles. I Will definitely return to this same location when I go to Phoenix next year for athletic events.

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great condo! We were traveling with our two teenagers and everyone had their own very decent sized bedroom. Two bathrooms was also a bonus! The kitchen was very well-equipped to cook our own meals and the outdoor grill was also nice to have. It was close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the State Farm stadium, where we enjoyed a Cardinals game! The pool and fitness center were also nice to have. The condo was super clean, plenty of towels, and tons of room for the four of us! Overall, a great place to stay!
