Downtown Phoenix à côté du Encanto golf public et Phoenix City College. Charme trois chambres à coucher 2 salle de bain chalet. Rénové et mis à jour les normes de luxe. La Rose Cottage propose belle herbe et jardins de roses, et complété par des arbres d'agrumes fantastiques. L'intérieur a été récemment mis à jour à tous vos besoins de confort. Cuisine bien équipée. draps et serviettes de bain de luxe. 10-15 min à l'aéroport, et à seulement 10 min du centre de conventions de Phoenix, Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena et ASU Downtown campus. Gratuit à la piste de jogging publique dans la rue. Le lac voisin Encanto Park est aussi une belle promenade. La Rose Cottage est sur le registre national des lieux historiques.

Great property

The cottage was comfortable and well appointed for 7 adults. We were there for two nights. The beds were comfortable, along with good pillows. The backyard was especially nice in the evening.Marvin was very helpful and responsive! We enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful, safe neighborhood

Marvin’s house was a perfect fit for 3 adult couples including my brother who is in a wheelchair. 3 comfy bedrooms with king sized beds and the house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and spend time together. Very close to markets and restaurants and a quick drive to baseball stadiums for spring training. Wish our trip was longer!

Beautiful home wheelchair accessible

Wonderful home- much trouble getting in but eventually the owner took over for the property manager and things went smoothly from there. He was very responsive and available to answer questions. Enjoyable stay!

The property manager, Marvin was terrific. The home is lovely…both indoors and outdoors. The home was immaculate and very well equipped. A super comfortable place to call home for 3-4 days in Phoenix.

Great, just not 4 bedrooms

Our family was traveling with our disabled mum/grandma. The back portion of the home that has the wheelchair accessible bathroom was perfect for her! She’s in a wheelchair and was able to maneuver around just fine. Getting in and out of bedroom and bathroom, the shower…was great and totally accommodated her needs! The other two adult couples stayed in the additional rooms. Our only issue was with the 3 remaining adults (the grandkids). We figured they’d stay in the king pullout and twin bed that the listing stated was in one of the living areas (there are two living room areas— one in the front and another in the back of home. Both well equipped with seating and a tv). However, none of the furniture had a pull out bed, so we only had two twin mattresses to fit somewhere in the house. That was the only difficult part, especially as there is quite a bit of furniture. The home was very clean and well supplied with towels and blankets, pillows, etc. There are ceiling fans in every room, which is nice! We stayed when the weather was quite good and didn’t need the AC too much. But when we did use it, we noticed that the front of the house gets significantly cooler than the back portion. Outdoor seating is lovely on a cool day or evening. I would recommend this home for 6 or less people, rather than 8. Other than that, all good!!

Don’t hesitate to book your stay in Encanto! This property met all our needs….comfortable furnishings, easy access, close to restaurants, shopping and a lovely park. Owner is friendly and very responsive. A+ stay!

It's bigger inside than it looks

Our family shared a vacation and this beautiful historic home was perfect for the 6 of us. We have rented vacation homes before and I have to say this was one of the few ones that 'felt' like a home. It is very comfy and the backyard is so peaceful, I could've stayed out there the whole time. Marvin is a fantastic host. He provided a good overview of where everything is in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there's not a lot of traffic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful house

Historic property/comfortable and cozy

4 day stay for college lacrosse. Wonderful property...comfortable and cozy...convenient. Back 'yard' with many vegetables and fruit trees. Also lots of cute yard cats. Extremely responsive owner...had a few issues with smoke detector and TV....came over and fixed problems promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
